Arcade games are add-on pays and so is the food and drinks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fun place to be with the kids especially in bitter winter as they get their dose of activity and you get to interact with them. There is also a cafe and a restaurant that serves food a bit costly per my opinion but okay. Take note that the facility does not allow any outside food or beverages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cook was very very rude. Also some blonde girl who had no idea what to do. No one at front door letting people in, karaoke was mostly in Korean, lost gifts there, somehow magical found. Even prevented from ordering food as we were from baby shower and just a terrible place in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a baby shower last week and the service wasn't horrible , we had to wait 1 hour for the food when we had booked a head of time, the people were rude to everyone . They made a pregnant woman dig in the the dumpster for her missing items when they had it under the cashier. I'd never book here again. Horrible service and management....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to go to this indoor playground before covid and it was a wonderful place to take our toddler. We recently went there with our son and it has definitely gone downhill! Alot of their equipment is out of order or just didnt work. I know the pandemic hit businesses hard but there was no excuse for some things, such as not going through the jungle gym to clean up socks and ensuring their tubes were filled with air or make sure there is soap in the bathrooms. They also got ride of the gate going into the playground area and ensuring you left with the same parent you came with so the lack of security for children safety was concerning. We wont be returning to this indoor playground, the current way its being run is concerning and disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had his 7th birthday party today and everyone had a fun and satisfying time.
Compared to other indoor playgrounds, it has the advantage of having a reasonable price for a party room and preparing tableware and plates in advance.
Spacious space, leisurely time. Delicious food. Thank you for leaving good memories!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be incredibly fun place for kids of all ages,before the covid of course, not anymore though.we went there last week and it was miserable place. It wasn’t appropriate for toddlers and it wasn’t safe for all kids as there was no one at the door to know who is coming and who is out. To pay the admission fees you have to go to the other end of the playground where all the staff are working from the kitchen which is the admission place as well.a sick person can open the door and grab any kid and go with no one notices . The seating area is far as well and not safe for children it just hard wood and wood chairs and tables. I am not sure if the management was changed during the last two years but I don’t advice any concerning parents to take their kids there.it needs some major work to return the incredible playground it used to be.
