C	Chancelor Ficek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE SERVICE!O!!! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub for my first time today and asked for it to not have ranch on it. The lady making it started laughing at me with a fellow co-worker and I didn't understand why at first. Took me a minute to figure out why she was laughing at me but there was no ranch sauce put on the sub because it was mixed with the chicken. Instead of being a half decent person and letting me know that it was mixed with the chicken she decided to laugh at came and call me an idiot to her co-worker. Would give this place a -5 stars if I could. It's sad because I see other people seeing that they helped them and met their needs but I got the exact opposite. I was there around 3pm on July 28th. I don't think this woman deserves to have a job at a company that 99% of the time has the nicest people making my subs.
V	Vegan Vixen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a pretty tasty vegan sub (veggie on Italian). Decent selection of veggies. It would be great if they increased their selection of plant based options though, including options for vegan meats and cheese. Other than that, polite staff, fast service and decent cleanliness.

B	B W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subway is subway what more can I say. Overall satisfactory experience, nothing amazing , nothing overly below standard here. Only knock about this place is that they ask for a tip when you use credit. Maybe I’m old school but I don’t usually tip at a fast food restaurant, especially in a food court. I feel like it makes me feel a bit awkward clicking no tip, and tbh I might visited subway less because of this :(

I was then charged $4 for GF when it's only supposed to be $2. I brought it up to the lady and said I never pay double at any other location. She said because we are located in the mall we charge more. Are you kidding me? That's ridiculous. I paid $15 for a cold cut 12 inch sub. Why are they charging double at this location? Every other Subway is the same.. But because they are at WEM they are different? Please...

The store was not busy enough with 3-4 people work at a time to make small mistake of not grilling my sandwich. I am disappointed with today’s experience i am never ordering through applications at this location.
