Roots Reusable Face Mask
This mask is a washable and reusable non- medical mask, meant as an additional measure you can take to protect others around you, without needing to use medical masks that should be reserved for frontline workers. The mask also has a slip pocket that can be fitted with a piece of filter material, including any kind of HEPA filter, which may improve effectiveness. Face masks can become contaminated on the outside, or when touched by your hands. If the mask becomes damp or soiled, wash the mask in a laundry bag, using a hot water wash. Please also wash before first use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to exchange sweatpants that I got as a gift for christmas. The sales associate I talked to had shoulder length brown/red hair, middle aged, and was extremely dismissive, rude and difficult. She found a piece of fluff and said they were worn and weren’t in exchangeable condition, despite that I hadn’t worn them at all. I let my stepdad know because he bought them for me and wanted to go in and talk to them. We went back in and a new very lovely lady offered me help with my exchange. Just when we were about to complete the exchange, the rude lady comes out of nowhere almost yelling about how she told me i couldn’t exchange them. None of the other associates had any concerns with the condition that they were in. We explain that i had never worn them and she gets almost confrontational and gets in my face, says that I hadn’t said anything when I came in alone earlier, and insisted I could not exchange them. My stepdad explained to her that I am not confrontational and wouldn’t have been comfortable saying anything. I personally work in customer service and I guarantee that I would have lost my job for speaking to someone so rudely and being so difficult. Took the time to fill out the survey but definitely won’t be back there to use the $10 coupon :). Definitely would not suggest going to the WEM location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like roots and want to support this patriotic looking company. But I find their styles are very limited on consumer demands.
Or at least my taste. The staff was very nice and courteous.
I was hoping to find a medium size olive colored shirt to replace the one I got from roots in the past but I guess solid Heather colors.
Today's styles are killer. I did find a nice sweater. But we are going to summer.

It was my first time going there on May 27th 2021 and I enjoyed the experience of just looking around and the assistance I got. The two sales ladies working at the time were so lovely and friendly towards me. They really gave me exceptional service. They were both so knowledgeable on the products, attentive to my browsing needs and took take the time to assist me. They weren’t pushy for me to buy anything which I appreciated when I told one of them that I’m just canvassing at the end, the lady was very accepting. The first sales lady even informed me of the complimentary service Roots does which was cool to know. I appreciate the exceptional customer service! They really leave you looked after.
