G	Guang Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder Gap is struggling to boost sale. This location has absolutely the worst customer service, especially the Manager on duty. Leaving the all the customer waiting at the checkout counter for 20 mins without a sign on a Closed till. Very poor management and communication skills. Lier and racist. Refuse to provide a regional manager contact number for complaining. Don't complain or the manager will call security guard. Never go back again.

L	Lily Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this store at West Edmonton mall 0 stars, I would. I went to this store on a weekday to purchase a winter jacket for my baby. I found the right size on the floor. However, I didn't like the seam on the jacket( it was looking like it started to fall apart) and I asked a young sale's associate if they have the same one but not the floor model. She told me they have 10. I asked them if they can bring for me. She said that her manager would bring. I was waiting another 5-10 minutes and after the older sales associate gave me the another( how I thought) jacket. I started to check the jacket, but it was the same one which was before on the floor. I told that the older sale's associate, why are you giving me the same jacket. She started to blame me, that all the seams on other jacket are the same. I have been working here 25 years and never had any returns. Are you kidding me? I am the customer, I am paying money, the store is not busy, and you have 10 of them. And you are so lazy that you don't want to bring for me another jacket? I was so disappointed whole day. I worked at the retail store myself. I know, the customer is always a priority. I was running hundreds if time to the back to check and bring stuff for my customers, even when we were busy. I understand that that lady doesn't get any commission and she wants to have a relaxed job without running somewhere. My advice to management, hire more open, and customer orientated sale's associate.
L	Lujia Cai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind sales associates! They have always been helpful and welcoming. Their jeans are the best - they last many years (mine are 6 years and counting) and do not shrink/stretch/fade at all! Even the skinny jeans and jeggings do not stretch over time.
