customer service was horrible, not professional, was insulted. They tell you to call head office with product issues which are even less helpful and dont get back to you and when you contact them for update they pretend like they have no clue what you are talking about and that they cant do anything to help. Horrible and unprofessional.

Awful management and Customer service at West Edmonton Mall location. Truly unbelievable. Here's why.... I'll start off by saying that I shop at the most exclusive stores. I generally drop a ton of money. My favorite one by far is Scotch and Soda. I'm always a loyal customer. I thought maybe Rudsak would be my next favorite store... Here's the thing . In my eyes, customer service should be number one. This is not the case with this store. I bought a beautiful 700$ winter jacket from the West Edmonton Mall Location in Edmonton Alberta on November 18/2017. On November 25, went to the store again to purchase a dress. At that time, the store was having a big sale. 20% off. I told the manager, Mary, I had bought my winter coat the weekend previous and inquired if I was able to get a sale price. She immediately told me that the jacket that I had bought was not included in the sale. I didn't think much of it and left the store pondering whether or not I should buy that new beautiful dress that I saw there. The next day, on November 26th, I went back to the store excited to buy this new dress. I went with my boyfriend. The manager was not there. My boyfriend inquired about the sale they were having and in particular whether or not that winter jacket that I had purchased was also on sale. The sales associate assured us that the jacket was on sale for 20% off. We were immediately shocked because the day before the manager had told me that it was not included in the sale. I felt I had been made a fool of (as this sales associate assured me that it had been on sale for three days!!). We then asked if they would do a price adjustment to the sale price since we had only bought ours a few days prior. All of a sudden, another store associate, who titled herself the "assistant manager", came up to my boyfriend and I, and the two of them essentially ganged up on us. They were very abrupt and rude and told us we could not get our item price adjusted to the sale price. In all honesty, I was fine not getting the sale price of the item I had bought a few days ago but what really rubbed me the wrong way was the fact that the store manager lied to us initially (making me feel like a fool) and now we were being ganged up on by sales associates. The fact that they would conduct business in this way is disgusting. We were treated horribly for the amount of money that we dropped. I would never step foot in another Rudsak store ever again.

I bought a pair of gloves near the end of December 2017. By the time February came, the leather had already ripped in places. I went to the store and they said they would send them away for repair and I would get a call the day they were sent out and when they come back in. I never got a call for when they were sent out and its now mid September of 2018 and I still don't have the gloves. I have called multiple times and no one ever knows what's going on, they never have any information, and just brush me off. I am absolutely livid, I don't care about the gloves anymore, I just want my money back!

The quality of clothing is good, it's very fashion forward. However, the service received at West Edmonton Mall was lacking. The salesperson I worked with dropped me like a hot cake the second I said I wanted to think about the jacket before buying it, which I only said because they don't allow returns. When I left the store, I didn't even get a "have a nice day" or "we hope to see you back soon", etc.
