★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went to return some pants he received for Christmas, he did not have the exact credit card and so they did not allow the return and told him it also must be returned in a bag and gave him a bag to bring back with the correct credit card, what?? We don’t live in Edmonton so he was not happy. Went back again with the correct card and the lady demanded to see the card to make sure it was the correct one and was very rude yet again. Horrible customer service, will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Husband has bought his entire wardrobe here for a few years. Yesterday he bought a pair of pants that were the wrong size from the Sherwood Park location and wanted to return or exchange. We live out of town so it's a trek. Went to Mr. Big and Tall first to discover the receipt had fallen out of the bag but they assured us George Richards could look up our receipt seeing that's the store we purchased from in Sherwood Park even though the stores are affiliated. So we went to this location to be told they can't (won't?) look up the receipt even though the purchase was done through his membership. They won't even allow an exchange. Their website says you can get a refund to a gift card for the lowest sale price without a receipt, and seeing we paid with a gift card just yesterday that's all we wanted anyway. But they wouldn't allow it. Found the receipt on the table at home so I'm super looking forward to driving into town to go to the store a third time to do a return. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My shopping experience here was enjoyable. I stopped by this location on a whim just to see what they had instore, and I ended up leaving with a few items that I really liked.
I would especially like to commend a young associate by the name of Eric who assisted me on this visit. He was incredibly patient with me, as I must have tried on at least ten pairs of pants and shirts, and he frequently ensured that I always had a back-up pair to try on if the preceding pair did not fit. If I couldn't find a pair on the shelf or on the hangers, he would always trek to the back room and find me the size I was looking for.
I dislike shopping for clothes in general, but Eric made this visit very enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the best selection I have ever seen. I have been to so many George Richards across western Canada, this store is amazing. The lady who helped me was very nice and great sense of humor. The selection was incredible, seemed like you could stay in the for hours lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is typically my first go to place for big and tall clothing. By biggest suggestion is to never take anything for granted when it comes to sizes. Different brands have different cuts, so TRY EVERYTHING ON! The staff here are always friendly and helpful and the clearance rack is always a great place to start for great deals.
