★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lighting in here is not good for those who have light sensitivity. However, they have a wide variety of times that can appeal to many crowds. They usually have my size in stock and when they don't its usually because its on sale.
Don't recommend for people with sensitivity to lights or issues with gratting music but otherwise great for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last two times I went to your store I left empty handed. The first time, I picked out an outfit for my son and was standing in line for 15 minutes just to realize the outfit was on the wrong hanger as the size on the hanger was wrong. I was so frustrated that I put the clothes down and walked out. Today I went there not realizing you close at 7 and the door lady said “actually we’re closed” in the rudest tone. I think I officially give up on going to Old Navy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke with the manager there, a woman who apparently has worked there for 11 years according to her name tag. I was wondering about having an item sent to me(that wasn't available in store) like I did with Gap (their sister company) the same day. She was completely clueless and said "absolutely not" as if I had asked her something outlandish. I think it just boiled down to her being too stupid to understand my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience shopping in person after 12 months of online shopping. Extremely organized store, hangers actually matched the size of the clothing! Very helpful and welcoming staff! They have plus sizes in almost every style, old navy sizes are way too roomy compared to standard measurements in other stores...Lenny should be the employee of the month! He was so calm with me, I wanted to use my coupon but it wouldn't load, to make matters worse it was 8.58 pm, 2 mins before store closing, with long queue of customers behind me giving us both looks but he remained calm. Asked me to take my time, put my shopping aside while I managed to load my coupon, I was very happy with the way I was treated me under pressure!

Quality of product is mediocre and style is simple and not unique. I prefer stores that shopping in them is an experience you want to have and enjoy and the product stand out from the rest in design quality presentation and finally price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received great service from Callie. She seemed very busy but still took the time to greet me and answer my questions. I was looking for jeans and she was super knowledgeable and had lots of recommendations. She kept checking in while I was trying on my jeans and was very willing to get me other sizes and styles. Ultimately I found two new pairs of jeans to fit my new post baby body. The store was rather tidy and my time was very pleasant.
