Worst ever customer service the manger is a completely rude person who should not be in management that'shows how she runs her staff ...not a friendly store at all no wonder people don't like shopping there ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable customer service. I walked in yesterday afternoon looking to purchase a few pairs of dress pants. Upon arriving in the store i was not greeted by a single staff member, leaving me to walk the store for roughly 10 minutes searching and figuring out pant styles on my own. Once i had a good stack of items to try on I walked into the fitting rooms and procedeed to try them on. No staff members had made any contact with me at this point, even after entering the fitting room area.
After trying on a few pants I found a pair of sculpting black jeans to be a little to big and walked out onto the sales floor to find a size smaller. I was in my socks, pants on, struggling through the stack of jeans on the wall with a staff member standing behind the counter. She was a blonde lady and perhaps pregnant. She had taken note of me searching but offered no assistants until I walked over to the cash counter to see if she could help me find the size as it wasnt on the wall. Before the question fully left my mouth she was already shaking her head no..... the rest of the time didn't go any better needless to say. Walking back to the fitting room i saw qhat seemed to be a middle aged woman (possible manager with a septum piercing) coming out of the backroom. I asked her for assistant finding the smaller size and she semmed irritated to help....Ill check for you and stormed off. If this store experiences high volumes of shrinkage PLEASE look to your customer service!!! My experience deserves no stars. I walked out defeated and frustrated! All i wanted were some flattering dress pants....
