★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to share my shopping experience from WEM Suzy Shier with you. It's a very organized and clean store with a great management. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I was helped with a employee's name ELNAZ today, she was such a friendly and helpful person who was helping me patiently.
I just got their membership card and would like to go back to their store and shop again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay customer service they greeted me and helped me into a fitting room but the team lead seemed like she was not trained enough and left alone to run the store while having to keep calling the manager on the phone because she did not know the store policy’s or how to work the computer system accurately. This was Not a great experience, and the other sales associate told me “you don’t have to yell” while I was speaking to her; that’s not how you should talk to customers, plus she also did not know the the stores policy’s when I asked about them, that they both should’ve learned in training..?(had to call manager on the phone again to ask) I was hoping to see an actual manager in the store (assistant or store manager) so I wouldn’t have to deal with this specific team lead who did not know what she was doing but no manager on the floor just the rude associate. Will not be returning to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I walked the entire length of WEM - twice - looking for an outfit for an upcoming work event and were losing the will to live. Low and behold Maria and Charlene, the literal queens sent from above, entered our lives, hyped us up, showered us with smiles and even decked us out with sweet earrings that we didn’t even know we needed. Great customer service, just what we needed to end our hike around the mall. Thank you, ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store. I was trying to find a gift for my sister. I walked in Suzy and was browsing the store. Then, I saw one lady approaching me. She introduced herself very politely and asked me if she can help me. Merrina was wearing a very cute pink blouse. I asked her if thats from their store and she said yes and showed me that. She patiently matched that blouse with a very lovely pants. My sister really loved those and since then, I always come to this store to buy gifts for my family members. Also, she recommended me to buy store gift cards for people whom I want to buy gifts for. That was a great idea. Once I bought a gift card for my wife and now she is a customer at Suzy and really satisfied with this store.

She was a great help in helping me pick out some new clothes . She has great taste, very friendly, knowledgeable.and I would definitely come back and get Kim to help me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are searching for a good one stop to shop all your wearing needs, Suzy Shier is strongly suggested. They have a great team. Everyone is doing wonderful customer service there. Specifically, Merena is so caring, full of energy and with honest and helpful recommendations. Always dressed up in Suzy clothes like a live model in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very great experience at this store, the brightness and aesthetics of it really drew me in and the experience with the girls that worked there did not disappoint! I was in the store for about an hour and saw some customers being rude towards the staff and the way they handle themselves is so inspiring. They continued to have a bright attitude and helped me find some cute dresses from le chateu and a couple Suzy outfits for the spring/summer season. They have such a cool concept with their prestige cards, overall this is now my new favourite store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a personal stylist go see Kim at Suzy Shier West Ed. I am so amaze of how much fun I have when Kim picks clothes for me to try on , she just knows what would look good. Nice for a change to walk in to a clothing store where someone listens to your needs and do her best to find you exactly what you are looking for. And for the manager to also help was a nice treat. Thanks ladies.
