★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s all about image and service because if you think about it’s coffee and pastries that are over priced with a customer reward point system. That being said I have been induced by the big company marketing and like the coffee and pastries a lot. The staff is friendly and courteous. This location is really cool as it is right next to the Ice Palace in West Edmonton Mall. There are cold drinks also with breakfast and lunch sandwich selections. So I will keep coming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ooooof I haven't been to this Starbucks in well over a decade but wow it is still the slowest. The staff are friendly and calm, but the store is grossly undersized for the volume of customers they serve. On a Saturday afternoon I waited fifteen minutes for my drink. And it's simply because they just don't have the space for more bodies to be making drinks. It honestly makes me feel so bad for them. A renovation or relocation of this store would make a huge difference. Fingers crossed for y'all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even on days that the Mall is empty, the barista's are slow. Took them 25 min to make me and my friend Two drinks. Not even complicated ones, I got a coffee, and she got a strawberry coconut drink. Other people who came after us had their drinks before us. Ones they finally gave it to us, he slammed the drink on the counter and said our names. I'm absolutely appealed by this Starbucks. Every other one I have been to the bearista's are extremely kind to us but not this one. They were slow, 25 minutes to make two drinks. That's absolutely horrible, and onto of it rude. Definitely the last time going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good, but don't think you'll get a seat at this place. They have only 3 tables available and everytime I've been there their "boss" is always sitting at one of the tables, leaving patrons with only two! Now, o wouldn't be annoyed if she actually used the table. She keeps her stuff on the table, but is never actually there. I think they need to reassess this!
