★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T go there very rude and bad customer service. The prices are deceptive. The macchiato is priced at 12oz $2.45 and 16 oz $2.95, apparently that price is for one shot or double shot not 12 oz and 16 oz. Should not be advertised that way. Seems fishy to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for coffee and muffin or panini and salad lunch. Most comfortable for one or two people. Lazy and sunny under the sun roof. Seating always available even when customers are plenty. More quiet than other coffee shops in West Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice Italian restaurant with a wide range of Italian food with ice cream and coffee. It's nice and clean and modern no public toilets. Very nice service and covid wise they are very good with masks and disinfecting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice alternative from the other coffee stops at the mall. The food here is delicious and I will have to make a special recommendation for their chickpea salad. It was quite refreshing!
Don't forget to try a piece of cake. My parents couldn't even stand the fact that they had to share one slice... yet they swear they love one another! lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my morning today in West Edmonton Mall by dining in Lazio Italian Café. The staff on site really made a huge positive difference. My bad, I did not get her name. She was personable and attentive. I guess there were a lot of regulars and she „knew“ them. I had the 1/2 panini combo with the soup of the day; and affogato. I rarely get asked what flavour of gelato I want but she did. I was delighted! She also offered me a glass of water without me having to request. She also took time to make sure everything is alright. Thank you again for a relaxing brunch and best endeavors to you!
