★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there to look around for my teen fashion store is limited to a few options there were a few workers on hand,store was in-between old and new stock ,store was clean but practically empty.k guess pricing or lack of choice might be the problem,it seems as they moved locations in the mall.and lost their sparkle and alot of their products,Happy shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping here on January 9, at 2 pm at the west Edmonton mall west 49 location. As I was trying on a jacket and sweater over top of my clothes, the assistant manager approached rather aggressively and told me I was not allowed to try stuff on at all due to Covid. That’s fine but her attitude and tone was not acceptable at all when working in customer service. I did not talk back or give attitude I said ok and that I did not know. She proceeded to point all of the signs out to me , again I did not see these as I was distracted shopping all the sales. I asked her to please put a jacket to the side for me a couple hours so I could check afew more stores. She seem reluctant to do so. When I came back to purchase the jacket (which I almost didn’t do based on my first experience with her) I asked for her first name. She told me she does not feel comfortable giving her name. I asked how I am supposed to file a complaint against her without a name, she told me to figure it out. I asked if she was a manager o assistant manager and she replied with assistant manager. She was a young woman with blonde hair. The cashier ID on my receipt is 922906. Her hostility towards me was unnecessary and frankly made me uncomfortable. I understand people have their bad days, but this was not acceptable nor professional as it makes me not want to continue shopping at this location. The male associate working at the time was great and very helpful, unfortunately since they “don’t give names” I am not able to actually give him credit. Such a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tap limit is only 100, lol ? no, it's how much the limit on the card is not what your machine can do. Judgemental, and I don't know how lazy everyone in this shop is, went in here to buy my son a skateboard for his birthday, they all were looking right at me and wouldn't help me until I rudely asked someone to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not find the Londonderry location on google so I will leave this review here. My daughter worked for a pathetic manager named Cass at the Londonderry location. My daughter has a processing disorder that requires here to take her time processing new information. Some people may pick something up the first time, whereas a person that has a processing disorder may need to be shown 2 or 3 times. We have always taught her to be honest with her teachers and her employers about this disability. When she was confronted by Cass about needing to be coached, she was told "If I knew you were disabled I would never have hired you!" My daughter is a highly intelligent young woman with a processing disorder. Her intelligence was questioned by this manager. One would think that in this day and age companies would value honesty and support employees. We encouraged our daughter to leave this backward company and find a different job. Please do not shop at Londonderry Mall location until this company does the right thing and educates the management or lets this particular manager go. Just so West 49 knows I posted this on Facebook as well. Should you take action against this manager, I would be happy to post that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fri night shift cashier between 6:30-7 knows his job well.. I liked how he folded the pants we bought with fineness.. some retail staff would fold however and put inside the bag. His was with prim & proper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on Saturday evening to purchase some gifts & the 3 guys working in the store were so accommodating and friendly. I was quite indecisive with my choices but they didn’t mind giving extra effort to help me. I didn’t grab any names but definitely appreciate the great service.
