So let me preface by saying I don't dress up formally. I was completely lost in this store and needed to look decent for an upcoming wedding. I asked Taliesin for some help in getting some duds to look good in. He quickly picked out four different outfits in a variety of cuts and colours completely foreign to me. As I mixed and matched various outfits in an effort to make something work he provided a welcome opinion and helped me find something that worked. The prices were decent for the store and with the service i recieved, i would definitely return, and certainly recommend it to anyone looking to get some nice looking clothing. Bravo!

The salesperson was very helpful and I found everything I needed. This would have been a 5? review if the pricing had been explained prior to my total being requested. I had to examine my bill to figure out why the total was higher than expected. Evidently, the price for the suit isn't used when there's a sale. Instead, the coat and pant prices are used. That's sneaky. I likely would have made the purchase anyway but I wouldn't have been annoyed.

No disrespect but there is this one lady working as a salesperson in your store with short hair or boyish haircut, who is beyond unprofessional and definitely needs to be taught what her duties are. No greetings, no help finding size and purposely didn’t add discount when we especially mentioned to do billing on my gf’s name so that we can take advantage of sign-up 10% discount which is your own policy. Not even bothered to apologize for not doing billing correctly, the other salesperson did apologize and returned $50 as per discount which we appreciate. Shopped for over $600 and this is how we were treated as valuable customers.

They don't accept the change size, just only size I need to exchange I dont care the price they said you need to back tomorrow "boxing day today" poor service

Poor customer service. Visited the store yesterday and we were not once greeted or even acknowledged until checkout. Mind you, we were the only customers in store. They seem quite over staffed to just stand around and engage in their personal conversations. The only positive- a decent men’s selection and sale pricing.

The worst customer service ever, no one even said hi to me for the entire time I was in , had to approach the associate myself and still no help , the associate kept merchandising and wasn't ready to help , please go to Southgate location they are the best

It’s very hard for me to rate these 3 star as I love RW & CO. I can say most of my cloth are from you guys. I look good on my working cloth or everyday looks.love , love the quality , style . Everything . In fact I’m actually RW gold member. On other occasion I did rate 5 star for you however in these 2 occasions that I encountered not so good experience at the store that really bothers me . So there was a lady with darker skin tone whom in my opinion disrespect and rude from the way she behaved.There was one occasion that when I went there to do returns , she showed that she was not happy about it. And on the other 2 occasions , first one when I came to do price adjustments and I was helped with another cashier , she was standing there as well but on the other side . As she saw me taking out the mens cardigans that I bought for $79 and I wanted them to do price adjustment as it’s on sale for $39.90 after 2 days I bought it, she suddenly just say to the lady who helped me that cardigans was not included which clearly it was as I would not be doing that if I didn’t see it online and I showed her on my phone. She just quiet after that. Second time she interrupted was today when I went for their boxing sales and I also gave my RW $20 disc card and I asked to the lady who helped me ( again not her ) that I have my AMA card ( 10% off ) the lady who helped me hasn’t say anything and she interrupted by saying that AMA disc not applied with the $20 off. And I said ok . I really felt that it’s rude by doing that. If she is the store manager maybe she need to brief the staff before the store open and let them know what can or can’t do instead of interrupting that way in front of your customer . And another thing , hey there was nobody asking if you are an AMA Member but ONE gentleman there. Her demeanor was really not a pleasant one. It’s funny that whenever I see her at the cashier desk , I didn’t want to be served by her and I chose to leave instead .sad but it’s true.
