★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can rate this store 0 stars, I would. This store does not know that covid-19 exists which is so funny. We are more than a year into a pandemic and footlocker employees fails to keep their mask on through their shift. The manager failed to tell the employees about her symptoms on time which affects many people during this time. It affects families and friends that was most likely in contact with any employees. The management needs to do better as well as the employees during this pandemic. Would not recommend going to this store.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Mathew and Alisha attended to me on two separate occasions with friendly and welcoming attitude, most specially they were very patient with repeated trials. Thanks to both of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rarely have the latest sports shoes available in kids sizes 6 and 7. Their reply is always," oh we had them, they're sold out. Only 1 size 4 left. So remove the shoe from display. No. It's their ploy to get you in, ask about the shoe, disappoint your child and then negotiate with your child to settle for something else in desperation. Not fun :(
