★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give a huge shout out to Deana Walter's and the WEM Tip Top team. She took excellent care of us, and helped us pick the perfect pieces and sizes for our boys. She knew exactly what they needed. Then she went above and beyond and had my husband's shirts and pants steamed and pressed (while we shopped in the mall) as we were going to an event the next morning. All of our boys gifts were a big hit, we can't thank you enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this a 0 I would I been here for 30 minutes and no one ask for help even thou I ask for it, i had to help my self put my stuff that I need it to buy in front of them and even with that he said he couldn’t give me an answer on why no one help me, all I wanted was for him to answer why didn’t he help me even thou I had my wallet on top and ready to pay

My dad and I was treated with disrespect because I AM A WOMEN shopping and trying to buy a suit for my sister’s birthday party.Since my dad and I wanted to match. This STORE Should be Out of Commission I Am Very disappointed and ruined the experience. SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED. This rating should have a zero star option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Single handedly one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I walked in and told the sales associate what I was specifically looking for, and he "corrected" me on what color I was looking for. After rudely telling me the proper name of the color of suit I wanted, which wasn't even right in the first place, he point me to the corner of the store and walked away. I won't be setting foot in a Tip Top Tailor suit store ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY disappointed and SHOCKED at how RUDE their customer service was. My husband went to find a shirt and tie and he personally went to one of the older guys that was right there so ask for some help. The guy said ok and left without trace and never came back. Left my husband waiting to be helped for over 30min meanwhile other members of the staff also ignored him and helped other customers that had just arrived. Finally the older guy shows up again and takes one look up and down at my husband and pretends he didn’t see him. And told another guy to help him and the other guys said “why me? I wasn’t helping him”. So he sent another lady who also had an attitude. By that time my husband was waiting at the cashier desk to pay and the older guy took the tile. My husband calmly asks him why he couldn’t help him? And the old guy tells him he doesn’t have a good enough answer for him. What?? My husbands asks again and he completely ignores my husband And tells him if he’s gonna pay or not! So my husband says again yes, but please I’d like to know. The old guy GOES OFF yelling telling my husband “you know what I’m done! I’m done get out of the store sir!!”
What the hell.
Thankfully we we able to record it and have in video!!! If you appreciate fine customer service I don’t recommend this store. Never coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Double standards at this store. My son was treated so well we were happy to send our daughter when she wanted to wear a suit to grad as well only she was treated horrible. At the end of the day your in sales who cares who's buying. I would never do business here again.
Edit- was happy have the regional Mgr get in touch on the Mon and deal with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to give a shout out to Ali for his amazing customer service - went out of his way to give me the time and care I needed to find me the suit in the color I was looking for and made absolutely sure it fit me properly! The store was quite busy and he was working alone up front. Best customer service I've had in a VERY long time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend recommended I check out Tip top at west Ed for some new work clothes. I used to love shopping but lately find it a little overwhelming since I’m usually by myself and not just shopping to kill time. Robin stepped up to the plate and filled the gaps in my work wardrobe. He literally had me dressed for success in an hour or less. Thank you Robin for figuring out my needs. I feel great because I look great. Maybe I got lucky because a great associate helped me out, but maybe Tip Top just knows what they’re doing. Also I won’t complain about 2 stylish dress shirts for 100 either. Thank you!
