★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 18 2021. Slow drive thru and ordered a hot dog combo as a change. Was told to park after I paid, then was told it's a special item and takes longer. Even though it already took 7 minutes to get to the window after ordering, I still had to wait 5 minutes, and the end result is 1 burnt hotdog and my lunch trip wasted .
Why was I not informed about being a special item right away at the order board, eventhough it is on the regular menu and that it now takes longer when in the past this has never happened. I would have chosen something else that has no delays. Additional, when the food was bought out, there was no receipt so making me more upset and demanded my receipt. Took her another 4 minutes to get one. Wasted more time.
In turn, you have left a burnt taste in the customer's mouth. The 30 plus years of patronage is now done. I will not be coming back because of your incompetence .

Today they gave us a Mold covered burger. Not sure how they missed this one, half the burger bun was blue :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m actually not sure if I’ve been to Harvey’s before the other day but we had a great experience! I had a gift card that I didn’t realize worked for Harvey’s too so I wanted to try it out. We got the 2 for $7 deal times two and both loved our burgers! We will definitely be coming back! ?
