Save yourself the hassle. Ordered a treadmill, delivery company damaged my floor and broke the treadmill, then I was told 7 weeks to get a replacement. Service is terrible!!!!

Review for the service only. I had a fantastic experience in the store with Shanda. She knows that I will not purchase a product from them shortly, but still amicable and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about both bike and app. It is definitely worth your time to visit this store.

My girlfriend and I came in a few weeks back and dealt with a sales guy named Lloyd. He was VERY helpful and pretty funny too. I appreciated how he put me at ease as I’m new to working out and sometimes find it overwhelming. His personal share of his fitness journey meant a lot and really shows that peloton hires good people who truly embody the business. My gf bought a bike and we just got it and love it. We’ve reached out to Lloyd for a few questions and he’s quick to respond. If you’re thinking about getting a bike go to the mall and deal with him.

Refunds are literally impossible! Do not buy if you even think of sending it back. I've made payments for months and don't have the bike. They say they'll refund but the battle continues. I've spent hundreds on a bike I don't have.

My husband and I shopped at Peloton store in the Edmonton location a while back and bought from Aaron. We had a very problematic delivery issue with XPO and he was able to not only clear it up but manage to move our delivery date up! He was very helpful when we had dealt with him! The other day we came into the store to ask when the Peloton showroom and to our surprise Aaron remembered us and our situation given the time that had passed !

Peloton never answered chats online or emails for weeks and are now denying me the ability to buy extended warranty on my bike because I was 20 days late. Customer service with peloton has been bad right from the start. Screwing up my order than trying to charge me hundreds of dollars extra to fix the order. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and buy yourself an Echelon from Costco for less than half the money.

UPDATE!!! I went into the Peloton store in Edmonton and Hannah helped me. She was phenomenal!She recognized my story right away as the review I posted and listened to me, explained what had happened and made sure to rectify the situation. She had me call directly from the store just in case the person on the phone was giving me misinformation (as before) and has checked in with me to make sure I was offered a credit. I would highly recommend going into the stores and talking to an associate versus buying online as they WILL be able to help you and you will not have the initial issue I had. Great service in person! ORIGINAL STORY BELOW: My husband bought me a Peloton for Valentine's Day. He had NO CLUE about the referral process. It's a code that anyone you know who has purchased a peloton can give you to receive $125 credit towards accessories. We found out about it after he gave me the card that he purchased it. Even though we are in our 30 day trial, Peloton would NOT honour the code. They said we can return everything and then re-buy and use the code. Does that make any sense to you!!! The cost to hire a company to pick up the bike and then reorder and deliver is WAYYYY more than just honouring the code in your 30 day trial. There is no customer service desk to make a complaint, I was told to write a google review! So spread this like wildfire. Make sure everyone and anyone who chooses to buy Peloton gets their $125 referral code! Talk about just wanting to make money. Not only did the sales associates not mention it, but my husband said there was not even a place online (that he noticed) to put a code....so how would you ever get the credit?!?!

I had an impromptu stop in today as I recently moved and had to put my bike back together. The two guys that helped me not only showed me how to put my bike back together properly but provided me with online resources and sent me home with tools to do so. They also gave me great information on other products that I was interested in. These guys were absolutely incredible to chat with and went above and beyond. I wish I would have grabbed their names but I just wanted to write this as an extra thank-you, you guys are the pinnacle of customer service and I wish you both the best.
