★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, staff are very helpful and they have a nice system currently in place for Covid where they have a virtual waitlist. You can sign up from their website, or by going in person. Waitlist can be long. As of Jan 2021 they have a pop up store nearby which has almost the same stuff, but almost no line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm left feeling disappointed after visiting the West Edmonton Mall Lululemon the other weekend. One of the employees seemed to be quite distressed, huffing and puffing around the store. It was very distracting and concerning as I was with my daughter, who is quite young. I'm not sure what her issue was, but she seemed to be ordering her staff around along the way. From a customer's perspective, this was inappropriate and disappointing to see. I feel sorry for the employees of this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place has a way bigger womens side than mens side which is kinda annoying. very nice clothing and very high quality. unfortunately a lot of their products are over priced. very recently, with the mask mandate not even in effect, i was still told to wear a mask if i wanted to come inside their store? weird, i took a mask and continued to shopped, but definitely strange

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jarome + Ricardo were phenomenal! Gifted some dress pants a while back and never shop for pants at Lulu. They educated me on the quality guarantee and exchanged a pair I’ve had for a while with stitching issues. Great team atmosphere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was awful. I was approached by 3 different employees and was told to put my mask up above my nose. I understand the rules, and I had one on, but as far as I’m aware, the staff’s job is to give the customer the best shopping experience they can, not command them to put their mask above their nose. They were very rude. Not one of them asked if I needed help to find anything. Get your priorities straight, cause that was the worst shopping experience I’ve had at a LuLu store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accidentally returned an item (damaged) that had two gift cards in it. Unfortunately the item was gone by the time I had realized this but both in store staff ( Andrea) and customer service were very helpful and eventually we were able to track one of them down and they re-issued it. The other I had given up on as it had been issued a long time ago and the records were no longer on file, but they still gave me a partial credit for it anyway which was very nice of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While shopping with my daughter with 5 days left to the end of mandates I politely declined a mask (said “no thank you”) and they called mall security said I was “screaming” at them lol. Thankfully security was quite understanding. I shop almost every upload but will never buy lululemon ever again. My husband is super happy about it.
