★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Please be warned: they have the worst refund policy where there's actually no refund allowed only exchanges.
Their 30 day refund/exchange policy is all b.s. so don't count on it!
I initially both their ULD puffer jacket and the feather fillings are coming out all over the jacket. It is obvious its quality is defective and I had asked for a refund.
I should have that option and not only offered an exchange. I tried to explain that I expect quality from day one as I don't return clothes unless they're of poor quality.
This is my first visit to this store and assumed the jacket I bought was a quality one considering it's worth $99.90 + gst.
What's frustrating is I ended up talking to 3 staff including the manager Michael, having to repeat my explanation for the 3rd time.
Now I'm stuck with only an exchange option. Why is your company so hard-up on keeping my money and being forced to buy clothing from your store as the only option in exchange of the poor quality defective jacket?
I was looking forward to become a regular customer in future but now I'm having second thoughts whether or not your clothing products are of quality considering how much you price them.
Too bad as I was thinking your clothing is at par with Simon's and Zara clothing stores but I wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with my experience today. Received poor customer service. Planned to buy 2 pants and 2 sweaters. End up buying just 1 sweater as one staff appears not happy folding those that I checked and tried on.

Me and my wife went to the store just to buy extra warm heattech leggings. The products they sold are really high quality and fantastic, store employees are friendly and helpful as well. To those employees that I got mad when I went to your store, I am sorry ?
It is just the return policy is really funny ??? They encircled the policy that once the item has been opened it is non refundable (that makes sense) and it is within 30 calendar days. We bought the product on Jan 5 and I tried to return it on Jan 8.
PS. I returned the item with the tag on, even I the bag they gave I returned as well. So no fault on my side just to make things clear ?
To those people who are going to buy products as a gift to others and the items that are on sale BEWARE!!! ??? you cannot refund the item. Make sure they will like the product otherwise you cannot refund the item nor make store credit ???
Now I am hesistant to buy products in UNIQLO now ? such a waste the products are really nice and sometimes the prices are quite expensive but that is how they lure you in once the product is on sale ? and they don't tell you that if you bought an item on sale price are not eligible for refunds ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a men’s shirt that happens to come in a package. The store associate opened the package in the store when I bought it so I can feel the material. I was told I couldn’t return it but that I could exchange it. This was fine when I bought it.
Today, I tried to exchange it but they said I couldn’t because the package was opened even though I never wore or washed the shirt. I told them the store associate had originally opened it but regardless of it being open that sales associate said I could still exchange it.
They refused to exchange it. I just wanted to a bigger size.
Because they refused to make this exchange when the shirt itself was in perfect condition, even though they told me I could, I will not be buying two $100 gift cards for their store.
Their unwillingness to accommodate a simple $20 shirt with no charge to them, they lost $200 of my holiday business and future business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent store to find comfortable all around clothing for every ocassion. Prices aren't as outrageous as Simons, Lulu and other big brand stores.
So if you are frugal on clothing like me, this place might be the best bang for your buck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I bought a jacket online and after I received it I washed it in the washing machine. Then the filling of the jacket ran to the bottom of the jacket. I took the jacket to the store for an exchange and a lady checked my jacket and took it to her manager and said I could exchange it in the store. But the store didn't have the same jacket, so I hesitated and went home. Two weeks later I went back to the store with the faulty jacket and picked out a different style for exchange, but this time I was told I could not exchange it in store and had to contact their online store. I was so disappointed and angry that the first time I was told I could exchange the same dress, the second time I was told I could not. This is a waste of my time.
