β β β β β I had an amazing experience shopping at this store! Adelina was helping me. She was honest and made sure to sell me what looked best; which made me buy all three dresses! It is so normal for companies to lie just to make sure they make their sales, but I truly appreciated Adelinaβs efforts in making sure I went home with what I wanted. I will definitely be shopping at this store more often!

β β β β β Very bad service, a girl that maybe look like a manger was very rude. I wanted a black mask so I asked the girl at the front desk and she said let me check ( 100 % seems like they have cause the way she was speaking to the manger), but the manger said no there all sold out even online and the accessory guess by dynamite too. Shortly I went to the other store by dynamite and they were still available!!!!!! Why you lie???? Why would the girl not wants to sell a product to a loyal customer? VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do not come here.

β β β β β Adrial was a phenomenal salesperson he went out of his way to make sure I had enough of what I was looking for. He was polite friendly and enthusiastic. He made me feel very comfortable and was willing to go the extra mile.

β β β β β If I could give zero stars I would. The staff here I could hear constantly talking and gossiping about other employees. Different employees also approached me at least 4 or 5 times in a five minute span. It was so annoying and frustrating.

β β β β β I had very bad experience here in guess in west Edmonton mall.
I bought 2 watches at 30% off one of them was defected when I came to exchange it with different model that was on discount earlier they told us that now the discount is not there you have to pay original price and they charged 103$ extra.

β β β β β They are absolutely cheaters and useless I bought a blouse and a skirt as a gift for my wife size small for $350 and and the very next day wanted to exchange the blouse as my wife did not like the style with the receipt β¦ was not allowed to do as store policy in final sale ! I did not ask for cash back- my wife chose some other items but unfortunately was denied to return the blouse ( $ 170!!!) which was not even worn. It is very absurd if you try it in store itβs exchangeable but if you try it at home itβs not ? And my wife did not even put it on as she did not like the style! This is when the lady at the store used hygiene as a very lame excuse. The blouse had the hygiene tape still on it as purchased β¦. So they cheat customers. The store lady further more tried to con us by returning the bag with both items as non replaceable. My wife got so upset and did not even want to try on the other dresses she had chosen in replacement which by the way a much bigger loss for Guess as it would have exceeded $850 in value! In the end I asked for refund for the skirt but will NEVER buy anything from Guess again.Customers BEWARE spend your money at any other store that knows what customer services mean and value honest customers.
