The rainbow of colours represents a promise of tranquility and peace for every soul on our planet.

Inspired & painted during the covid-19 lockdown, Krista can only dream of travel, visiting the mountains and the clouds of Rockies.
The strong powerful colours reaching for the sky represents the dominance of the rockies and Krista’s longing for a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I was there about 30 minutes ago and the customer service was terrible. There were 4 people working, all 4 of them just hanging out, arms crossed at the register, talking, not even paying any attention to customers. We spent 30 minutes in the store looking at shoes, no one even said anything to us until we asked them for help. We were going to purchase shoes for $130, but because of the very ignorant employees we went and bought shoes somewhere else where employees were willing to help us without making us feel like burdens in the store. If I could I would give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in last week for a pair of house slippers and Sasha provided prompt and friendly service. Had to stop in again this week to pick up some rain boots for the kids and Sasha remembered me from my last visit. Was helpful with ordering an out of stock item and received excellent service again from her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the other day to return a pair of shoes I had bought a few weeks ago. They were white and did originally have a few little marks on them (I bought them like this as they were the only pair). The lady (maybe manager??) who helped me said that she was not able to return these because of the “condition” they were in. Pretty much tried to accuse me of wearing them before returning. I absolutely did not wear them. I had only tried them on in my house but realized they were slightly too small for me. The worst part was she wasn’t even kind about it. Awful customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I've come in this store... the staff are too busy chatting amongst themselves or just completely ignoring customers. Oh BTW (for the owner/manager)... this appears to be a common complaint in the reviews! I've always found the store staff take on the managers personality... perhaps this is how they do business?! Terrible service!@

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shoe selection!! Horrible customer service. Every single time I walk into this store I am met with workers behind the till talking amongst each other acting like the customers aren’t there. I wonder if there’s an option for me to clock in for work because from the looks of it the only way to get a size from the back is by doing it myself. I’m not asking for the best service in the world, I’m asking for an ounce of work ethic from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Customer Service.... Incredible staff! From the minute my daughter and I walked into this store a very friendly but not pushy staff member introduced her self and let us know if there was anything we needed to find her. We choose the most amazing pair of Doc Marten boots, the staff member was very quick to not only find the style and sized my daughter but was able to answer (with knowledge) questions on the materials the boots were made of (ie: vegan boots as opposed to traditional docs) and which had a reputation for lasting pretty much forever. She talked with my daughter about care of her Docs. At the cash register, the sales person asked if we would like to sign up for their points program and explained the benefits of the program and as a result I signed up and received $20 of my purchase. I will shop at this store where the service is amazing and where all are welcome. 5+ stars to SoftMoc West Edmonton Mall and to your STELLAR customer service.
