★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best friend is a nurse and was very distraught telling me about an experience she had at the store. She had confirmed with another nurse that she would receive 10% off, so she went to purchase Crocs for her toddler and husband.
Her nurse friend had also previously bought Crocs for her whole family and received the 10% discount. My friend was told she was not entitled to receive the 10% discount on items that were not for herself. She was told the discount was only for Crocs she purchased for herself for work. My friend felt incredibly embarrassed by the situation and is already going through a very stressful time with COVID, administering the vaccine to people, being a mom, and a caregiver to her immuno compromised mother.
I felt very upset that she was treated this way and the inconsistency of the policy when we should be supporting our frontline workers during this tremendously difficult time. I hope that the staff can be trained in a consistent manner as not to further shame future customers for something you are promoting and that nurses should be entitled to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I could give them 10 stars, I would! One of the best customer service I've experienced in my life. We had a hard time deciding which pairs we would get but they were all so nice and patient, most especially their Filipino staff. I definitely would recommend this branch specifically to my family & friends. Kudos to everyone for their hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of shoes online and they didn't quite fit and the colour was a little bit different than what was shown online, so I opted to return my shoes to the store rather than mailing them back. I has been about a month yet and I still have not gotten a refund. The manager at the store told me that they do not give the refund at the store and it would go back onto my credit card once the shoes were returned to the factory or where ever. it has been 4 weeks and I do not have anything yet.
I believe Crocs has just stolen from me. They are ghosting me on email as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience at West Edmonton Mall Crocs today because these two employees caught my attention. I was there for 30MINS straight at around 2 pm and I needed some help but those 2 employees that was there were just chitchatting the whole time. I think the manager should be mindful of who they hire, I assume those two girls are friends outside work the reason why they chat where they couldn't even distance themselves. I am just so disappointed because I always go to this store and people are very helpful but today was really intolerable . I used to work in retail and chatting with co-employees is fine but when there are customers IT IS NOT FINE, CUSTOMERS ARE PRIORITIES!!!!
