★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always experienced amazing customer service whenever i shop there, and I received a bag from there as a Christmas gift but somehow it was missing the strap. Took it back and although I had no receipt or anything they gave me a brand new strap and were very apologetic (even though it was not their fault , I'm sure the strap fell off before being bought or another customer took it) and I was very grateful because I did not think they would be able to help me. Over all such a nice group of employees, Rob the manager was super helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went in to return a pair of pants that i had ordered online. as soon as i got into the store every employee was quite quick and wouldn’t listen to the things i was saying. when i did get up to the front of the store the cashier ripped the pants from my hands. i had been hoping in getting a smaller size in them but i didn’t even get a chance to speak to her. it was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t think I’ve ever had bad customer experience here. Everyone is always so friendly! I’m always greeted when I come in, and when I need help, there’s always someone there to give me a hand. The employees are always so cool and nice, which is what usually brings me back. For most of my skater needs, I prefer to come here over other stores with the same products. Prices are usually really good as well. Highly recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bought a board and after four hours of skate time it broke in an way it shouldn't. I went in and explained what happened and they offered me an acceptable discount on another board. Been skateboarding for 21 years in April, this is always the sign of a good local skate shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They consistently mail out the wrong items from online orders , 2 out of last 3 orders they shipped wrong items and then try to offer discount / or drive a hour to nearest store to return . Will never be ordering again and will take my buisness to another location
