After being told our trade in value. Told had to make another apointment. Wasted an hour waiting. Then during transaction told they would not take our device. But still tried to sell a new phone to us. Just made excuses about the employee who did the initial appointment. Obviously the staff is not properly trained. Wasted me and my families time due to lack of training. Will stay away from this location.

People are just crazy bout their products. This store needs a new management. Quick sales are not an option here. How easy to pick an item,scan and then pay?NO!!!!you have to set an appointment and wait again once you arrive.then you'll see staff doing random things and talking to people they know..Yes,Close this store then just do online sales APPLE

Apple originally lost my order, and door staff made me call instead of trying to resolve this. Not a great experience, had to order another laptop (the same one) just to be let inside. Fortunately once in there the salesman and store manager were very helpful. Apple's system couldn't be fixed, but they wrote me a an email and got me in touch with a second level billing person to get things sorted. 5/5 inside staff, 1/5 Apple online. So we'll meet in the middle.

I had to take my phone to the store for repair, my experience wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. Applecare is kind of pointless, essentially you will still be asked for the upfront cost of the phone in order to get a loaner while its being repaired, ANYWAYS, this review is about the West Ed Apple Store. I spent about 5 hours in this store. I was unimpressed to hear they had a trainee working on my device when they knew I was from out of town and had a long drive back. I made it clear multiple times that my trip to the city was literally regarding the repair. In the very end they ended out replacing my phone, and with it because id already spent so much time there, I also lost all my data!

Unprofessional service, staff seemed to just want to quickly get us out even tho we were purchasing apple products. Staff made it seem like it was too much effort for them to explain the differences between the 3 apple watches they sell. Essentially they only wanted to show and sell us the newest top model Apple Watch, despite having others to choose from.

I visited this store on March 18 with my new ipad air 5 to get a replacement because it had a serious issue with back plate and screen. I felt it creaking when I gently press the middle of the back plate while holding top and bottom with both hands. Unlike other ipads I previously owned, it didn't feel solid and when I press the back, screen shows a blurry black spot about 2 cm on the right from the center of the screen. I showed it to a staff in apple store, and she gave me an exchange. I immediately opened the box to check and it had the same issue. I checked all 5 ipad air 5 displayed in store and apparently, all of them had the same issue. To make sure if maybe this is an ipad general issue, I checked pro, mini and regular version and they had no issues. As I was checking pro version, the same staff who gave me an exchange suddenly came to me showing her ipad mini that it has the same issue on the screen. I told her ipad pro does not have that issue and she said it's because it's ipad pro. Is she serious? At the point where I found that it's ipad air 5 problem, I decided to return it but then she started talking quite aggressively that she cannot accept any exchanges with a same reason. She even told me that she gave me an exchange at first even though she did not see any issues. This issue is now widely discussed on a website where people leave reviews and comments about the products they purchase and it was only the first day of ipad air 5 release. In conclusion, My total experience within this apple store was unpleasant only because of that staff. If a product has an issue, I can simply exchange or return under my choice but the way this woman treated me felt like I was making something up. She had no knowledge about the product she's selling, and didn't seem to care about customers at all.

I ordered what I wanted through the Apple Store App from my iPhone. I booked a time slot and showed up a bit early and didn’t have to wait very long for my items to pick up. I had questions about my order so they arranged for an Apple Specialist to go over my product order with me before completing the pickup transaction. 10/10 very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The Best Apple store I’ve visited around Alberta. Always on top of everything from purchases to repairs on the products. Knowledgeable staff that is willing to take time to help you. Organized appointment booking times and good system for lineups for customers. Sanitary store with good protocol to prevent spread of viruses. Apple products are the best and you have me coming back always!!
