★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is an old woman that works in cosmetics at this location and she is the most rudest person i have ever encountered. I saw online there was a fragrance in stock in this location. I went in and saw it wasn't on the shelf so i asked the old woman if they could grab it for me since it says online this location had 6 in stock. She said they have never carried it ever at this location then walked away from me. Then i walked up to her again and showed her on my phone they have lots in stock. She raised her voice loud and said WE DONT HAVE ANY. i was in shock and i walked away then i placed my order online for in store pick up at the location and guess what my order was fulfilled in 30 mins because they had lots at this location. She should be fired its unacceptable to be rude the way she was.

Not only did he provide us with excellent customer service he went beyond our expectations with assisting in an emergency we had at our store, highly recommend this pharmacy for any help or advice in health matters that may be needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to London Drugs pharmacy and they werent much of an assist to showing how to book online for booster shot. She tells me call 811 when thats inconvienant. I find that rude when she helps others when she tells us she will help in few minutes. I asked for supervisor at least she tried.

I asked Bernice to check for me and she went into the back stockroom and pulled out what I was needing from the recent shipment. Thank you so much! So many others never offer to check and its a huge pain to keep stopping back. Thank you Bernice!

Bought a google play worth $25 last December 11, 2021 for my son as an exchange gift at school. It was kind of embarassing because my son’s classmate who received the card kept on messaging him that the card isn’t working so I bought another google play at 7-11 to replace it.
Went back to this LD store to complaint about the card. Allyn ask me the receipt and took an action right away, he emailed someone regarding my complaint. After 24 hours, I received an email that I can refund my money.
I love how Allyn handled the situation professionally. Excellent customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ran into a minor emergency at the mall where our daughter needed her inhaler but we didn’t have one handy. The pharmacist was able to locate our prescription from another pharmacy and get one for us. Super quick and kind woman. We appreciated her work, effort, and kindness.
