I went today and I don’t want to come back anymore. I love their products; however their customer service is extremely aggresive. For a small store, there were 5 associates working and all 5 of them were breathing on my neck and they were constantly checking on me every 30 seconds. The one associate clearly says she loves everything and she pointed a product out and tells me she uses this moisturizer all the time. The item wasn’t even a moisturizer, it was a toner. The other associate tried to sell me something I didn’t want and she persisted in it and when I said no, she sounded very condescending. When this store first opened, they weren’t this bad. I’m gonna start buying stuff online now. Thank you, Next!

If I could give negative stars I would. I used to love the products from this store but the staff really need to work on their customer service. I also beware shoppers because even though they have a return policy they don't seem to honor it. I bought a BB cream which was tested on me in store, which I purchased but later discovered that I was allergic to it. When I attempted to return the unused, unopened product to the store within the 15 day return policy I was greeted with a very rude and condescending woman who claimed to be the manager and that "nothing can be done". I don't understand the reasoning of having a return policy that isn't honored. Especially when you'd like to try new products I would definitely recommend Sephora as its sometimes hard to tell if your skin is going to react to a product without actually trying it.

This review is for online order, not the WEM location itself. I ordered something online June 23 and it was lost in the mail. I emailed customer service and they said they would resend and give me new tracking info. Another week or so passed by and no info, so I emailed again and they said it will be sent shortly. Another week passed by and I emailed to say I want a refund and they have ignored the last two emails. Now I'll have to spend time bringing the issue to my credit card company. I hope head office sees this review.

I went earlier today and the associate was super friendly and easygoing. I didnt feel pressured at all which was a nice change. I asked for specific items and she was able to actually educate me better on it and provided me with a better alternative for my skin type. Loving the rice face mask already!

This review is for an online order. I wish I could give zero stars ... I placed an order a few weeks back and payed with PayPal. My PayPal receipt showed that I ordered 20 masks. I received a notice of shipment from the face shop, in the notice it showed that only 2 masks shipped. When my package arrived sure enough only 2 masks not the 20 I ordered. I emailed customer service asking if the missing 18 would be shipped or if I would get a refund. The person followed up today to say I wouldn't get the masks or refund but gave me a code for 10% off my next purchase.... Oh and it expires in 20 days!!!! They messed up my very first order and didn't make it right. I will not be buying anything from here again they can keep thier 10%.

I go to this store to get all my facial needs and they are usually very helpful. I got a bundle up of stuff from the Dr belmeur and belif brand 2 weeks ago that cost about $200 they were all nice accepted my payment and it was all good. I got a text a week ago about picking up free face mask without purchase. Now keep in mind I just recently shopped there so I don’t have anything new to purchased. Today however I started my Christmas shopping and I was passing the store and I remembered the text I figured I might as well try the mask. First when I explained they pretend not to be aware so I took out my phone and read it to them, second she walked off without acknowledging my text, speaking to her other 2 companions body language wise I know she was saying something about me to them complaining. She handed me a mask then walked off. Worse experience ever would never returned maybe I misread the text I thought it was a customer appreciation act and it was only sent to customers who shopped there and appreciate our service. Never so felt so disrespected in my life. Will never return and definitely changing the products I used I won’t even go to a different branch. I will spend my every 3 months $200 elsewhere with a different company

My wife had an severe allergic reaction to one of their face cream Dr Belmuer Clarifying moisturizer that was purchased online. When she called the store for an exchange, she was told the store wouldn’t be able to do it. In this time and age of ecommerce, why would you turn away an existing customer who is already experiencing problem with your product to make more difficult for her? Very poor products and service.

This review isn’t about the The Face Shop/Nature Collection company as I do like their products. The one star is for the service at the WEM store. They are very pushy with sales and keep suggesting products when I’ve already told them I’m just browsing. One day when the lady was ringing me through for a few sheet masks she asked me why I didn’t get more and I said it’s okay I just need a few and she kept asking (so aggressively that it was almost forcing) me to get more. The older lady with short hair, who I think is the manager, watches over me very closely the whole time I’m in the store. This has happened on several occasions and is very uncomfortable. I want to continue shopping here as I live in the area and it’s convenient to stop by but every time I come it’s a dreadful experience.
