β β β β β We went into this store to purchase several watches as a memorial tribute for our son, to give to some of his good friends. The manager (Sharna?) was amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond and gave us a discount and even went the extra mile to find a specific watch for us. They did not sell this watch in their store, but she reached out to one of their locations in Calgary and got us a great deal and had it shipped out for us. Not a lot of people would have taken that extra step. Absolutely exceptional service. We even went back to get a watch for our daughter a few weeks later and she remembered us and gave us the same discount. Will definitely be purchasing more from this store.

β β β β β I am a lifelong fossil fan boy and yesterday I feel that was solidified for another lifetime, if only because of how the staff tempered my tenper. I was dumb and kinda slightly broke my beautiful watch years back, and after a few hiccups and the aforementioned few years I finally took too figuring out a solution, never thought I'd end up with a moon phase watch.

β β β β β Had a great experience at Fossil WEM. The young lady Felicia was knowledgeable and positive. She picked out the turquoise Carmen Shopper and the matching wallet which I absolutely love. I had the pleasure of being helped by Felicia on my most recent visit which she informed me about the embossing feature. Overall great experience!
