★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shopping experience. The staff were very helpful in finding a size and fit in the style I was looking for. Even offered different products and insoles to make the shoe fit just right. Definitely on the expensive side, but the quality and service are worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not helpful and careless. They gave used pair of shoes at regular price which is very expensive and worth $115. When I brought back to replace that pair with new one very next day. They denied to return as they said its worn one. They didn’t even check their mistake and instead of listening to customer and improving their mistake, they disrespect the customer n let them suffer. People don’t have extra money which they can spend on buying their already worn shoes. How rude they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of sandals 3 weeks ago in Calgary Chinook mall and they broke really fast took them back and I had lost my receipt, the girl contacted Chinook mall and got all my info and I was able to exchange them and on top of that got 10.50 back because they were on sale! Amazing customer service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the lack of customer service and clear disinterest in customers and looking like they wanted to be anywhere else from 2 of the 3 staff (only the manager was on the floor helping customers) was so obvious, these 2 girls were dressed so casually it was sloppy, 1 would run to the back on her phone when a customer approached, the other just stood at the till looking bored, tried sweeping but found looking at herself and playing with her hair in the mirror was more important

The employees encouraged me to order through the store saying it shouldn't take longer than 5 business days to arrive however three weeks and several calls to the store later they still didn't know where the shoes were. They didn't arrive on time and I was kind of just left me high and dry.

Went there to return a pair of shoes and when we finally got the attention of a worker she processed our return, and answered the phone and talked to whoever on the phone then just walked off to assist someone with their shoes with no context. When we asked her if we where done she said she will get our receipt.
They truly don’t have good customer service.
