★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favourite. Store. Ever. The MOST amazing, friendly staff I have ever encountered in my life. The old manager from a couple years ago named Kevin (I think!! Hope I got it right!) was the best and I miss him so much! He would somehow remember me each time I’d shop and we would always have great conversations. He also had an amazing sense of style and passion in the industry. My friend and I have also had really great help from an employee named Nick a couple years ago! Honestly both of them have left long lasting impressions! I think Kevin moved to Toronto but he is dearly missed!
As for the clothing, super classic and chic all in one. Good price point for the quality. I always anticipate the next seasonal arrival!!

Shauda-Lee was friendly and proposed lots of good options to us. Patrick would step in and out with really helpful comments and suggestions regarding sizing. I have not purchased from Club Monaco in the past but I will definitely be back!
