★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a custom suit for our wedding. Got measured in store by Jack. Received the order but the groom's suit and the custom shirt we ordered looked like they were a full size too small. We were told that it was cut incorrectly at the factory and that it couldn't be let out anymore. It's definitely not wearable. The shirt doesn't do up around the forearms, the jacket doesn't do up and the pants are skintight. So, with less than a month before the wedding, the groom doesn't have a suit. Indochino won't guarantee that a rush order will be here in time, not will they give us a refund. Incredibly frustrating and stressful. Terrible customer service, particularly when the mistake is on their end.
**update** received a refund after I gave a 1-star review. Ordered a suit from a local business and it was here in less than 3 weeks (also from overseas).
If you're using Indochino because they're priced well give yourself 6 months to sort out any potential issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with my family for a booked measuring session for a family wedding. Unfortunately, I was refused service as I decided not to wear mask. If there was a local or provincial law in place requiring masks then I would have acquiesced, however no such regulation remains anymore. I left without conflict of course, but I am frustrated that this store continues to maintain this policy when I would otherwise be happy to give them my business, but as it stands, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience at the WEM indochino. Jack and his staff do an incredible job with the measurements making it feel very custom and made for you. Jacks attention to detail and knowledge is on full display and he was beyond helpful. Indochino was by far the best experience over all other retailers I attended. Will definitely make another suit purchase in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jacque and the team at Indochino Edmonton are excellent. Between my son and I we have purchase 6 suits from this location in the last year. The fit of the all the suits are excellent. I wear a suit most days, all day, for work and the suits Jacque measured up for me are fantastic. Exceptional value for the quality and outstanding customer service from the team at Indochino Edmonton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset. Great In store service. I am a groomsman In a wedding with a mismatched suit thanks to Indochino. With 12 weeks before the wedding my friend thought Indochino was a good idea for suits for his groomsmen. Unfortunately DHL lost my suit and Indochino has no way of helping In this situation. With my friends wedding around the corner I was forced to find a new suit. Indochino was not able to offer any help or suggestions to find a replacement suit. My suit is still missing, I have not received my refund!. And worst of all the replacement suit I found does not match well with the other groomsmen. If you are planning a wedding PLEASE DO NOT USE INDOCHINO. The material they use is hard to match and if anything goes wrong with shipping you are on your own. Very poor customer service after suit has been purchased. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had mixed experiences. Great experience in shop then getting suit and shirts delivered. Decent price and quality. Tried to order with a coupon code more recently and they wouldn't honour it, said they would, and then they wouldn't (online via someone called Cross). Friendly but did not deliver what they promised. Not the transparency and customer service I expect from a reputable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving this an extra star because Jack was awesome. He definitely cares, and you can tell. More importantly, I am disappointed with the quality of the suit, I won’t even be returning for my alterations because I just don’t want to deal with the company at all, nor did I get the feeling this location has my back. A $750 suit feels more like a $200 suit, numerous loose threads, button fell off, buttons loose. Extremely disappointing, I thought $750 would get me good quality. Even worse, it shows….
Shipping, though 3rd party, was slow. DHL fortunately has good customer service. I did call Indochino Edmonton, concerned that my suit was taking so long. They were quick to reference the agreement, and didn’t offer any promising advice. Based on how my call was received, I’m assuming there are others having issues.
Weddings are important life events, and unfortunately they can be stressful. I get the feeling that the people who work at Indochino, probably don’t get great support from the company. Won’t return, and would not recommend! Go local, support small business.

I appreciate the professionalism of the entire team. Amazing customer service. I was very impressed with my wedding suit. The measurement was perfect, great delivery from DHL. You guys merit the 5 stars. Keep up the excellent job. See you soon for my next suit.
