Went in to get a jacket today, There was a new employee and I couldnt catch her name but she was excellent in her service and super kind. If I knew her name I would recommend everyone to get aid from her when shopping in store. Thanks again. Will be back soon.

Danny & Vivian get 5 ? for their warm, knowledgeable customer service! Nice selection of coats, particularly the Branta design; what a gorgeous coat! The store is solely decorated with Canadian sourced art and furnishings. It is immaculately clean, inviting and well layed out.

Stopped at front door few days before Christmas without booking appointment just to see they let 2 other also without appointment to come in , so I ask to purchase a glove without browsing just to be hit in the face with "none in stock" reply even without asking me the model and size. Rude staff, will not shop here again

I was waiting on line to get into the store for about 15 minutes and all of a sudden one of the sales rep, I think her name was Alesha approached me and stated that I am not allowed to wait in line for some unknow reason that did not make sense and I would have to come back in 30 minutes. I was shocked to be talked to as a peasant and told that I am not allowed to wait on the line. I have been a customer of this store for many years, I will never go back. I will be writing a detailed letter to their head office.

I bought Style 4598Y, in Dec 2021, from WEM, after exactly 44 days the zipper broken, I went to the shop to fix it, they gave me a shipping label and asked me to take it to close it UPS, ( I shocked ) what is this bad customer service in this expensive brand, anyways I took the parcel to UPS and sent it on Jan 31, 2022, I called the customer services after few days they told me i have to wait 4 weeks, i was so frustrated as the winter will end and my daughter hasn't wear it in cold weather, after that i called on March 2 as no one contact me, they told me that i have to pay $26 for cleaning and then they will start repair, they said that they sent an email on Feb 15th, i checked my email no email but my junk mail already deleted. we are almost in middle of March and no phone call from them, no email. THE WORST CUSTOM SERVICE EVER

The staff are pleasant, however this is about Canada Goose customer service. I purchased an Amherst Hoody a while back and within the 1st month I was taking it off and the right armpit ripped open. Given the quality I figured they would fix it at no charge. They replaced it because it was unrepairable. Fast forward a bit after wearing the replaced hoody 5 times, the same thing happens again. However this time customer service is not standing by their product!! LULU Lemon has a lifetime warranty on their products and its a qtr the price, hell even Walmart has a better policy! After this last set of emails (10) they tried to bribe me with a free gift, thats not what I wanted, so I happily declined. They still are refusing to replace the hoody or refund the amount I paid. I will never purchase anything from Canada goose again because of their terrible customer service! I would not recommend buying their overpriced product that they do not back to anyone!

Such a poor customer service and client care for the price tag they put in their products. Between the 5 of us in the family we have 6 jackets from Canada goose. Sad enough when I was buying my own jacket, the guy who approached me when I first went in the store ended up ignoring me and I had to look for someone to help me. Even worse, after spending THOUSANDS on our jackets, I wanted exchange a hat with a different model. The new one turned to be $50ish cheaper, I had the worst attitude ever from one of the staff because I don’t have the same credit card and Karen the store manager wasn’t much help either. Karen wasn’t even willing to help and had that cold face dealing with me. I have been to so many luxury brand stores and dealt with several SA, I found these stores trying their best to always give you the best experience ever and when you are a returning client with history of thousands of dollars in purchases they treat you as a special client and in case of return they make it as easy as it could be. That wasn’t the case at Canada Goose store in WEM. Very disappointed . Hope someone in higher management will ever consider my feedback and improve how this store managed and run!!!!’ Attached only couple of purchases for thousands !!!!
