★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were super helpful, welcoming and very friendly. Patrick with the funky jeans was on the ball with suggestions, checking the back for sizes etc. Jason in the tailor shop was also very kind with answering all customization questions. Everyone was very pleasant and patient during our experience. I have had my jeans for 5 years and was worried about shopping for my new “go to” pair, however I will be there again very soon for my other needs!! Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recieved friendly, knowledgeable service from the in-store tailor, and the folks in the dressing room. I really hope these people make more than minimum wage, or get bonuses based on location sales, they were impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for good 15 minutes browsing for few pairs of jeans. Not one associate asked if I needed any assistance with finding the fit or size. I walked past the cash register 3-4 times hoping one of them would approach. Zero customer service for the high end product that they sell. Never going back. This was Thursday evening at 2000h and there was just me and one other customer in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected better from the tailors at the W.E.M location. Twice been disappointed with the projects I gave them. Are they real tailors? Very disappointed. Don't know if I even want them to fix it at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store yesterday with my girlfriend, we were helped by very friendly associates with excellent customer services. Especially a cute guy with a blush pink top (unfortunately we don’t know his name), he was very friendly and patient and showed me the purple jacket based on my descriptions. I would definitely recommend people to visit this location as they seem to have more collections here. I would also recommend this associate to anyone who would like someone who is knowledgeable and patient to guide you around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 13 year old went in to the store by himself (March 22 in the evening) while I was finishing up at another store. By the time I came in he had found a pair of jeans with the help from the very friendly associate and they gave him a student discount. The associate also helped me find jeans and was also awesome with my 10 year old to see if they had hoodies that would fit him. It was a refreshing experience compared to many other retail stores.
