★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience! would never visit this place again, had bad experience once, gave them chance, the second time again, the third time definitely would never buy to this location!!! first some employees dont know what they're doing, keep on serving incorrect drinks, second employees and even the manager we're not apologetic at all even they know that it was their mistake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting taste!!! Never again! They put too much ginger and it was super spicy. I asked if they can replace my drink, but they was rude and said they cannot replace my drink, the can only add some honey. I have allergy on honey! Poor customer service!!! As I said, never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is too much. I was in this location 5 days ago. I ordered 4 smoothies with a total just under $30. I ordered 3 lemonades for my kids. We watched the lady make the drinks pouring it into the cups, then back into the blender adding more powder, back into the cups and again into the blender adding more powder. When the drinks were done and my kids tasted it, they gagged. I tasted it and immediately and spit it out. It tasted like bad medicine and left a metallic after taste. I complained about the taste and asked them to remake it, they refused. I asked for a refund...they refused. I asked to speak to the manager, and they told me she was in the mall, so I waited. Her name is Mel... Mel told me she could not refund me, and would not make me a replacement drink because she would be losing money. But I was FREE to purchase another drink?! Oh, and I was also to blame for the kids not liking their drinks.. because I can see the ingredients listed and should know how it would taste.. I’ve never seen such horrible service in my life. We left with no drinks and no refund. I’ve called their corporate office and left multiple messages. Its been 4 days and no response. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from this horrible company and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone else!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in the mall so I frequent this spot pretty regularly. The juice is usually 4/5 ⭐️, but it’s wild to me that every time I go I feel like I’m teaching the staff how their rewards program works. They’re rarely busy, but when they are (4 customers+ waiting) panic seems to set in.
