thanks for nothing Spencers workers.... I can't believe you guys did that to me I felt dumb for not noticing but I no for sure you 2 girls new and just wanted to make a sale. your boss should actually hire people that are friendlier and actually want to help you find what you're looking for.
I live far away and it's not like I can just come back and return it... thanks for nothing....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero review I would. My family has been shopping and spending tons of money at this West Edmonton mall location for years. Today my daughter ( who has aspergers and a medical exemption for the masks ) walked in and we were not even past the doors and were told we needed to wear a mask in order to shop at that store. I explained to them that my daughter had a medical exemption, they said no , need to wear masks. I asked if they were honestly not going to accept a medical doctors exemption to which I was told read our sign.... I asked again are you saying that you will not accept a medical exemption? At which point this worker went to get another worker.. I looked over and 4staff members were glaring at my daughter and I. Another worker came over to say you need a mask. I explained again that my daughter has a medical exemption..I asked again are you not accepting a medical exemption..the answer was NO....and " showed us the door.... DISCRIMINATION at its best... this is against our human rights and violation of the charter. I really hope that your store will lose customers and money due to your ignorant tactics and very discrimitory staff .. When this is all over ..I still will never spend one cent in any of your stores or online and I hope others see this and think twice as well.. this was a little girl ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy shopping in here. I walk in empty hands walk out with my hands full. Not a boring sleepy at all. Love the shirts shot glasses and drinking glasses ?. You guys have have way to many nice things for me to take home lots of eye candy. Wetaskiwin needs a Spencers. (Please)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has some decent product. Carries products of comic superheros and villains, TV shows, movies, singers, and bands. They carry a lot of gag gift ideas as well! Just wish there was more space when it becomes very busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty wide selection of shirts and other trinkets, but the return policy needs to be updated. Thirty days to return/exchange... That's no problem. But NO CASH RETURNS? You can only receive store credit. Understandable with certain products they have but for T-Shirts?
