★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always been a meh kind of experience. The tea they offer is too sweet with stevia or something and the girls in there are quite cold and in-genuine. I have tried their shampoos and other hair products - not a fan - weird smells and doesn't do anything that they say on the bottle. Nonetheless, two weeks back, I went in to get a scalp assessment (the sign outside said :come in for a free one"). I went in, requested one and the little handheld hadn't been charged. Hmm.. not a great experience - the girl said that the people in the earlier shift forgot to charge it or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After harrowing experiences yesterday at both Zara and VS (see my angry reviews), I was looking forward to a visit to Aveda for some shampoo. Aveda always provides a soothing, joyful experience and yesterday was no exception. We were offered tea (as usual), given tons of info on Christmas gift sets (yes yes yes!) a sample of stress relief body cream to take home, and treated like gold by the manager. Bravo ladies!
