★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ugh. I've had tokyo express from the one in meadowlark. Highly suggest it...but this was just awful. I ordered a beef bento box from skip from this location....and they gave me a chicken bento box....the veggies weren't even cut properly and they didn't add the carrots. The chicken itself was ...too salty???? ....and gross probably because I don't like chicken but thats why I ordered BEEF. Highly suggest the one in meadowlark though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited like almost 40 minutes for 1 benzo that had very old tasting rice, VERY dry beef, and raw like tempera. I personally would not come here again because everything was just bad. The staff were nice tho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to your West Edmonton mall location yesterday. I was there around noon. I stood there for a few minutes, while the worker was in the back on her laptop. I then said, Are you going to give some customer service? She looked up for a second and then looked back down at her laptop. So I walked away. I really like your food, but this is not the first time this has happened to me there. This is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lunch I’ve ever had. Ordered ramen soup for $20. Soup has no flavor at all and the sliced egg is like 3 days old and it’s gross. The cashier is touching the food without gloves. Any other stores in the food court would be definitely better than this one. Don’t waste your time and your money there! And the owner just replied that their cashiers never touch the food with fingers. Ok then go ask ur cashier working today if she touched the nori slices and put it in my soup bowl. Ridiculous management. Leave me your phone number and I want to talk to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I go here I only order the Teriyaki Chicken rice so based on that experience I give this place 4 stars. Imo it's probably a good go-to-meal to get for something quick and easy in the mall.
I can't say the same about the other food because i've never tried before but based on the reivews it sounds like it you can find better food elsewhere in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. They make sushi rolls with just pure rice. Even the bottom of every roll is rice because they cheap out of filling. Even their specialty dragon roll is 90% rice. Please do yourself a favor and just eat a bowl of rice because it tastes the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not skip the dishes this location!! They give you the worst quality of food product. Stale rainbow roll filling, rotting cucumbers in the sushi....seriously why are you letting that go out the door!! Very angry with this company for allowing this location to provide unfood safe quality of food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learned my lesson by not checking the reviews first. Ordered a curry beef rice bowl and half way of eating it I was gagging. Ordered california roll for my daughter, the rice was nothing like rice. The quality and taste was horrendous. Trust me, I wouldn't give a bad review if the food wasn't disgusting.
