I am consistently pleased with the quality and service of this location, which is rare considering its located in west Edmonton mall. Even on a crazy Saturday the folk paid attention to my allergies and always greet me with a smile. It's no doubt I get the best service here compared to any other mall location I've eaten at, and with the $6 deals I've come back every single day.
Management, if you're reading this, please reward the employees, they're absolutely above the status quo.

I asked for a Tex Mex sans chicken, and wound up with what I felt was mostly a rice burrito =P I decided to go back and ask them to remake it (I hate to be that person but was super hungry). They were kind, courteous, speedy, and proceeded to make me the best Tex Mex I’ve ever eaten. Thanks very much! Definitely recommend! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering from this location. I got my usual Pangoa bowl. Firstly, the portion size is quite a bit smaller compared to other locations. Secondly, they gave me rotting avocado. I politely asked if they could swap it for some fresher pieces. They apparently did this, then stuffed my bowl into a bag and all three staff who were up at the front took off into the back. I pulled out my bowl to examine it and all they had done was flipped the pieces over in hopes I wouldn’t notice and I couldn’t say anything because they had all abandoned the storefront.

tasty food that also leaves a person feeling good afterward. A balance of fresh ingredients is a great alternative to the usual greasy, fried, nutrient-starved options in food courts (where we usually find freshii).
The Oaxaca bowl is a staple that never fails. Other bowls have been good as well. I’ve found the burritos a little bland for my taste, but to each their own.
Overall: a positive experience at several locations make me a repeat customer. Would recommend.
