★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed with my order. I order 2 Vietnamese ice coffee and 1 dessert with it came without a tray to hold and it spills all over in the old plastic bag. The food was overpriced and the meat has too much fat. Not too fresh. The dessert is frozen and it makes my stomach upset for a few hours. I'm so sorry to leave bad reviews but to be honest this is the only restaurant I came up here and share some of my words. I won't try it again but I hope in the next few years when I try it again it will be better. I hope the service will be upgrading

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMMERS! Beware! Watch your bill closely! Came here with my family of 16 people. When my father (in his 70's) went to pay the bill, they added an automatic 30% gratuity to the machine, which then ALSO prompted him to ADD a TIP! Good thing he's sharp and refused, and added a fair large-party tip. The service was fine. The food was delicious. Though they didn't have the tables they said they'd reserve for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went here last weekend. I read the reviews but decided to try it anyhow. I had the beef stew soup and I was blown away and the taste and value, the serving could almost feed two. Service was excellent. Maybe the previous reviews had bad luck or had expectations that are were too high? I’m not sure. I’m not Vietnamese so I don’t really know traditional despite having been to Vietnam. I’d go again just for the soup! Can’t wait to have again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered ice coffees and they didn’t work. This has never happened to me at a Vietnamese restaurant before so I just thought it was a one off. We told the server that they didn’t work and we wouldn’t be drinking them so she said no problem. Brought them bill. Ice coffees still on the bill. Asked the server to take it off. Then I guess a manager? came over and told me that it was my fault they didn’t work and that if I did it her specific way they would’ve been fine. She got within 1 foot of my face and kept reiterating the fact that it was my fault. Lady. Even if it was my fault and it was me that completely messed it up. Please don’t come up in my face and berate me.never again.
The more I think about this the more angry I get. It was so irresponsible and unprofessional of her to get in my face like that during a pandemic. Clean your coffee pots so they work, and don’t berate customers when they have a problem with your items. My husband really enjoyed the food but I found the beef to be very fatty and the spring rolls are definitely store bought / frozen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not terrible. Not great. Given the location of this restaurant, I would have expected better. The service is suitable enough, but not overwhelmingly great. The decor is nice and the atmosphere is decent. The food, however, was not phenomenal or anything to write home about. Mediocre overall. No need to avoid this restaurant, simply adjust your expectations. Hopefully they produce better results in busier times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool little place to have dinner with family and friends. Very delicious Vietnamese food. The atmosphere is very nice on Bourbon Street @ West Edmonton Mall! The price is very fair. Nice decor too! I would certainty recommend this place to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch from here. Ambience is good, staff are super good people, how you like food is totally depends on your taste buds. Felt some authenticity on their food. Noodles were super delicious while the fried chicken was a little bland for me. But I wouldn't demand more than the authentic taste. Overall it was a really good experience. Not too pricey at all.
