Tried to come in today to pick up an order I had made online that was shipped to this location. Upon arriving, I noticed that the doors were closed and locked. I waited for at least half an hour, figured that maybe the person working just quickly went on a lunch break. Unfortunately, nobody came, I called the store phone number multiple times with no answer. For a retail business, I find this "service" very disappointing. It's not a very good look especially during holiday season when people are shopping. Not to mention during this pandemic when people are more inclined to purchase products online and just pick up items in store to skip the lines.

Poor customer service. I was looking for hypoallergenic earrings at WEM, but nobody helped me. The store was empty and the staff all looked at me, but didn't show any customer service. I should of done my research before going, because after approach a sales lady, I got a 3 minute rant with attitude why they only sell crystals and got discouraged to ask another question. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but that doesn't mean you can take it out on a potential customer.

I don't have doubt about Swarovski quality. The only thing you need to work on is hiring professional staff.

Staff was unhelpful and quite impolite. Part of my earring fell off and I asked for a replacement part. Salesperson said they wouldn’t be able to help, which is understandable. Their only suggestion was for me to go to another location (did not offer to order it to this location on my behalf). They did not even offer to search my name/email in the system. I asked for a manager politely, since the salesperson seemed a bit new. I was told that information is confidential. I asked what day/time I could call to speak to a manager, and I was told that’s confidential as well. Would not recommend going there. Possibly the Southgate location, or online, would have better service.

Mandy was such an amazing help for me and my bf finding our perfect couple ring. She was very friendly and helpful and gave great suggestions and very patient with me while I looked at many rings. Me and my bf are very happy with our new rings and will definitely come back to this location. Thanks so much for helping us Mandy!

They didn’t want to honor the 1 year repair/replace policy with a defective earring. Basically a crystal fell out. They finally found my sale in the system and I insisted they look at their policy on their website. The manager tried to make me pay for it. I insisted that is not their policy. They relented finally and told me they would never replace/repair for me again. I left feeling like a criminal with the way I was treated. I’m sure they pull this stunt on other clients too- that don’t know their rights as a consumer. Always research the policies, and don’t be scared to ask them to follow them.
