โ โ โ โ โ I have heard a lot about Davidโs Tea and decided to give it a try. My wife and I went to West Ed Mallโs location. We had an awesome experience there by one of their employeesโs, Chelsey (hope I spelled her name correctly). She is awesome! So knowledgeable, honest and nice. We will be back again just because of her. And Davidโs tea is worth the price.

โ โ โ โ โ I went in to buy some black tea, the peraon walking around was nice and helpful and answered all my questions, when I picked my product and went to pay with my money they told me they only accept cashless payment. Frustrated I told them I only have cash and could not pay with card.
Their attitude turned from happy and helping to sour and better than thou saying it was to protect their customers and employees from harm and cash was a dangerous thing to use, explaining if I want to buy anything from them that I will have to use plastic.
I left my product on the counter and left.

โ โ โ โ โ I was here today while it was very busy. There was a large line up, which is no big deal. However, the lady at the counter (she was a shorter woman with long brown hair) was very short with customers and very unwilling to help with any questions any customers had. Another employee arrived, presumably to begin his shift, and she also snapped at the employee who had literally just walked in to get on the til without clocking in.
The other employee (a ginger gentleman with a baby yoda mask) ended up helping me incredibly. He was very helpful with all of my questions, and even freely offered up recommendations based on my selections. His service was very friendly, despite the greeting he received from the other lady, and how obviously busy it was.
I will return to this location again solely for the incredible service I received from the one employee, but I absolutely recommend going somewhere else if that other lady is working.

โ โ โ โ โ I love visiting the store way more than shopping online! I have some staple teas I usually get, but also ask the friendly staff for suggestions. I love sniffing the millions of teas they pull down. Picked up a lemon ginger that is great this time of year!
