★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good tea. Very poor customer service. Never have i waited in line for less than 20 minutes to pay for the one item i grabbed off their display shelf. many times I'd put the item back because i don't have the time to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all this Davids tea is just a kiosk, it is located in front of McBain camera. The only person who is there just doesn't seem to care about their customers, she is also very very slow. One of the worst customer experiences I have had. Also no prices listed anywhere. I would recommend to go to wem for Davids tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, but this store is closed now. Not sure why it's still showing as open at 10 am. The only store still open in Edmonton is the WEM store; alternatively, online ordering has worked well for me.
The lost star is because they discontinued Bear Trap and that was the best tea ever!
