★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I walked in, noone acknowledged me. But when the other people started to come in the ladies greeted them. I had my hands full but they didn't ask me if I needed a room. However they asked other people. My boots were dirty, I was not dressed up, my hair was a mess and on top of that I was black. The ladies just assumed I could not afford anything. I mean don't judge the book by its cover. They only started taking to me when I spend over $100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Reitmans, but this location is the worst. The manager, Menchie, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.
Update: I did contact customer service prior to writing this review. They were no help. They just sent me an automated response. Almost as bad as the store’s assistant manager, yikes!
