★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has pretty good food, and is very clean, but absolutely no real sense of atmosphere. Many times, the atmosphere contributes greatly to the experience that a customer has. I liked the fact that you could substitute naan bread for other sandwich bread types.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two bubble teas, one Almond and one Vanilla. The Almond tasted like blended cherry cough syrup, and the “Vanilla” they gave me was coconut and something else. I’m A) confused as to why they would let a drink that tasted so bad be on their menu and B) wondering how they messed up a plain Vanilla bubble tea. I’ve had the Vanilla before and it’s delightful, so I’m quite disappointed with the drinks I was served that were over $10 together…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this spot! Great to meet a friend at and catch up over some tea (hot, cold or bubble) and some snacks. They also have loose tea for sale, tea accessories - teapots , travel mugs , whisks etc. locally owned, great staff and decent hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite cafes. They used to have a location in the West End but closed a couple years ago. Every once in a while, we go to this location because the drinks & food are great and are reminiscent. Staff are great & the environment is comforting. Always getting an iced pomegranate rasberry tea with mango jelly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am never disappointed in this place, however, the most recent time I went, we ordered 3 bubble teas and 2 chicken ranch paninis. There were only 2 orders in front of us and we had to wait 20+ mins. They checked on us twice, but what was really disappointing was even though it was a bit of a wait, the way the chicken was cut was terrible. 80% of the sandwich was inedible. We were there on the 12th. I just hope whoever did this gets taught to cut chicken better, because it was rubbery and I wasn't even able to bite into it. My boyfriend said it was the tendon and they hadn't cut it properly. Very disappointed. I hope future visits are better than this one. I lost my appetite and I've never had that happen here before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and friendly service. Delicious cold bubble tea - my granddaughter loves their avocado bubble tea with extra tapioca balls.
I really appreciate the loose tea selection and knowledge. They always know what I am looking for, often just by flavour profile. My favourites - Queen Mary (like a Red Rose but deeper), Black Currant (been a fan since high school - this one is a delightful blend), and Blueberry something or other - perfect in shortbread cookies.
Will definitely be shopping again and again here, for a long time to come!
