★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve visited this place twice with a large group of people and the service have always been consistent. Staff are kind, patient, and very welcoming. Food quality is great and their drinks are top notch. Only one star less because the food always takes soooo long to arrive. Expect up to 30 minutes wait, even when they’re not that busy. I only ordered the Egg Puff last time and the staff promised 15-20 minutes, but it took 30 minutes to make it and it was very average. Very disappointed. But their sizzling plates have all been consistently good (Garlic Pepper Chicken is a must-try!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With all the high reviews I though I try this place and here I am so grossed out and disappointed. I ordered the fruity smoothies but in stead got kinda warm extremely artificial flavour was not fully blended. Both smoothies tastes like weird gross candy. Food was cold.

The only thing I will give comment is their Mascarpone Cake. I bought 3 different flavors but they all got the same taste.
Kudos to the owner and wonderful staff ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bubble tea here is to die for. Every time I go, I either get the taro smoothie with pearls, or the brown sugar milk tea with pearls. I have never been disappointed.
Day or night, the vibes inside the store are very welcoming and cozy. The staff are very kind.

They really blew it out of the water as a bbt joint when it comes to meal offerings ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding parking near this location is quite difficult sometimes especially during the weekends. However the bubble tea and desserts here are always consistent and delicious. Definitely would recommend going for the Waffle with Ice cream dessert and any green iced tea with tapioca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a cute and cozy cafe in the heart of whyte ave. We tried the original chai tea with tapioca. It was good in taste and fairly priced. Also the place is pretty Instagrammable. So you can definitely click a lot of pictures if you are into it ;)
