★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this Macdonald's and the oreo flurry was only 2/3rds full. No napkins and had to tell the lady twice about the order, I said no ice in my drink, came back with ice still in it. Those ice machines are pond scum because of not being cleaned properly. Look up ice machine slime and Macdonald's ice cream scum videos on YouTube. It will make a person puke watching it. Absolutely...disgusting. The lady was impatient and pushy. Something wrong is going on with fast foods chains and the type of people they hire to run their business nowadays. Scary! Macdonald's isn't into fast food service for profit anyways, Real-estate is where they make their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mostly eat at Northgate Mc Donald's they should learn from this location what customer service is all about. I'd love to give 5 stars but I still have to get multiple visit experience. Nice clean and polite also the only location where I saw the kitchen workers wearing food safety gloves !!! Kudos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Props to this McDonald's for getting me well done fries. the woman first looked at me like I was crazy and then turned her crew questioning if they could do it or not. They pulled it off and the crispy fries were delicious. They pair well with a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never consistent sometime really hot most times cold food. Last visit cold fries on bottom and hot ones on top. Wasn't happy about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here so the kids could play at the play place. Play place was not open. Ordered my food and got cold fries which is kinda sad. The drink machine was out of ice on both sides. The coke and other flavors were flat and warm. Not a great experience this time round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place knows nothing of customer service! 9 people in the back, 3 are running ragged, while the other 6 are running circles around their own tails, make sure you get enough straws and cups that don’t leak before you head up to the counter for help, work ethics and customer service isn’t what it used to be! Don’t recommend to come here on Saturday Afternoons.
