My wife and daughters pizza came to the table on time and hot, wasn't great wasn't bad. the meal was done and I still hadn't received my Prime Rib. the waitress had not put the order in, she informed me it would be another 20 minutes. our group was finished so I told her I did not need it then. I could hear the owner yelling at her as we got up to leave. I was not even offered to have it removed from the bill so I ended up paying for a prime rib I did not receive my family was totally stressed by the performance of the owner and staff

I have a very picky 5 years old. He enjoyed the pizza but it was very cheesy. I had the cheesecake and it tasted wet and my husband had apple pie and it was not good it was flat. Overall we enjoyed it and will be back again

Hey Owner, SPLIT THE DAMN BILL and make life just a little easier for your customers especially if you are charging a automatic gratuity. Wait staff is good, food is good.
D	Dennis Gane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I vaguely remembered this restaurant when it was located in West Edmonton Mall. It has been at the "new" location since 2000. Lol. We were greeted right away and we opted to dine in the lounge. Our server was Terrie. A very nice waitress who advised she had not been a server for very long. Hmm, I can think of some servers I've met that could learn a thing or two from her about customer service. I had the prime rib special medium rare at 29.00, my partner had the Filet steak at 28.00. The prime rib was a decent size at 10 ounces and the filet was 8 ounces. I had ordered mine medium rare. While it appeared medium rare, I found it a tad dry. My partner ordered hers medium and admitted that she should have ordered medium rare. Their pizzas look great and according to one couple at an adjacent table we spoke to, "the best in Edmonton!" I will have to reserve judgement until such time I try them. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The waiter didn't check in with us for like 20 minutes. Drinks needed refilling, some bread or crackers would be nice for the wait, it's not fast in the least... For prices like this the service needs a serious uptick....

The "donair" didn't even have the proper sauce, it was just dry meat in a plain wrap. The ribs were dry. Honestly I am only giving 2 stars because the vegetables were nice and fresh. If you don't have much money but are very hungry I would recommend, but if you want good food, you are better off going somewhere a little more ... updated...
