This was my first brand new car and Shawn made the experience fun and stress free. When I shared I had a strict budget, Shawn and his manager presented a variety of options to best suit my needs. Shawn is very upbeat which gets you more excited to purchase a car. One of the impressive things he said was that the service from West End Nissan does not end when the purchase is done. He held true to this by following up with me even after I had picked up the car. I would 100% recommend using this dealership and using Shawn as the sales manager.

I called and tried to book a service and I asked some questions and she was answering very rude. I didn't want to give one star to Western Nissan, because there are indeed some workers who provide good customer service and I would not like them to be affected by this. But At the same time I have to send this message to the management so they can improve the customer service. Nothing personal, this is just one of the worst customer service I've have ever experienced.

First was our 2018 370Z Nismo and most recently was the 2021 Nissan Rogue Premium. The service we received (both times) was impeccable from the sales person (Jose used with both vehicles) to the service manager to finance. There is no pressure with sales and everyone is very knowledgeable. They truly make you feel like VIP when you work with them. If you ever need a great salesman, I highly encourage you and recommend that you reach out to Jose (tell him Julie & Tim sent you. :)). He is an upstanding young man, tells you the honest truth, no hidden agenda and treats you like family. He even remembered us (from purchasing in 2018) when we called and left a message to contact us back and addressed us immediately by our first names and asked how we are still enjoying our 370Z Nismo. He never pressures you at all. The experience we have had with Jose is truly the reason we keep returning. Thank you to Tammy (finance) for being quick and thorough and also not pressuring with extra packages but still providing the options and information so we were well educated. Thank you John for fixing our warranty to reflect our purchased date. That was something that we thought was a non-fixable thing and couldn't be done however, you did it! Again, amazing service. Our experience was absolutely fabulous both times and again, we highly recommend anyone to go see Jose and team if you want to be treated right. Thank you Westend Nissan!!

Matt C was our sales rep and he did not use any pressure tactics to get the sale. He was straightforward and up front from the minute we met with him. His knowledge about the vehicle we purchased versus the competition was on par and helped us to make our final decision. In a time when cars are in short supply Matt kept us up to date with timelines leaving an open line of communication, and was willing to work with our schedule. The sales manager and finance team was able to work within our budget to get us where we wanted to be and were able to offer some incentives. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

My sales consultant Shawn Shute did a great job in listening to my needs and ensuring my requirements were met. He went above and beyond to follow up and provide all answers to my questions when needed. After switching vehicle brands when I was already used to luxury vehicles ,I feel at home at this dealership and my new vehicle has given me my wants and needs in a great package. I would recommend this dealership and the Nissan brand.

Ray and Anthony are accommodating, knowledgeable and actually care about everyone that walks through their doors whether you buy a vehicle from them or not. Hands down…THE BEST service I’ve had with any car company. They make you feel welcome throughout the whole process. These guys know their cars in and out and are more than willing to bend over backwards so you get what you want! I HIGHLY recommend visiting these guys for your next car whether you already drive a Nissan or are looking for something new!
