I drive from Edmonton to deal with this dealership. Called for a few parts one of which another dealership said was not listed as a separate part number. The parts tech found the obscure location the part was listed under and ordered it overnight. Voila. Thanks again!

I recently bought a 2018 Yukon Denali that was listed as β€œblack”. The actual colour is β€œiridium metallic” which is a dark grey, and not black. While the iridium metallic is nice, i would have preferred they were transparent about the colour. I bought the vehicle online, and had it shipped to Calgary, so was unable to see it until it arrived on a trailer (filthy) following the completion of the sale. When I inquired on why the ad was not accurate, the dealership informed me it β€œgets decoded by the system”. I’m guessing this meant the software is relied on for advertising details, and not quality checked. The service during the sale - via email/ text/ phone was great, they took great care in my concerns during the sale. If the vehicle was black, as advertised, I would provide 5 star feedback.

I’ve been coming to Great West Dodge since I bought my truck since 2012!! I take it there for 90% of my services and the odd repair since I use my truck as a work truck up North. They are always very friendly and kind to me, and the quality of service is bar none. They have employees that have known me for all the years. The new employees that I deal with are also why I keep choosing to go to them, because I know I’m getting quality work and a very kind atmosphere. Great dealership and great shop to go to for all the vehicles needs.

My sales person was new but very nice and on the ball with answering questions and finding a Jeep that fit most of what I was looking for. Everyone was helpful up until everything was done. The issues I had were the hidden administration fees of 600$ that were never discussed and just snuck in at the last minute and even then were not discussed I just saw the fee and then asked about it. "Apparently " everyone even employees pay the fee but what I do t get is why they hide it. Also once everything was signed and it was time to pick up my new ride there were lots of questions left unanswered. I bought a wrangler Rubicon 4xe (hybrid) and it being my 1st hybrid/electric vehicle I had some questions. The answers were "well this is the 1st electric I sell so I don't know and I don't even know if the rest of the sales team know much about them either, but everything should be in the manual" Having worked in sales my entire life needless to say the end result was disappointing. There is a definite lack of training or coaching for the sales team. The process from start to finish took about 2-3 weeks which is ample time to learn about the vehicle you're selling. I would expect when purchasing a large ticket item such as a new vehicle to be sold by a salesperson or better yet dealer that values repeat business and the customer experience. Train your staff to know the products (especially when it takes 2 weeks to locate and get in the vehicle in question), if your charging admin fees be up front about it. Of the dozen + new vehicles I've purchased over the years this was by far the least impressive experience. Normally upon delivery there were never questions left unanswered, and they took the time to make sure everything was understood and to my satisfaction. Not all bad, but definitely not all good.

MOE was great help! Staff was very friendly and the dealership environment has "Good Vibes" Happy with my purchase and actually had fun Negotiating with Moe and Diya (sales Manager) Treated me with respect! Finance Lady Eden was great, very efficient. Will recommend my friends and family to Great West Chrysler and to see MOE! He was really a Great guy to represent the Dealership and Brand.

I don't know where to start. It took Garrett less than a day to find me the perfect truck and the perfect payment. From the sale team to the finance team and even the receptionist, I don't think ever delay with a nice bunch of people! Great experience of buying a vehicle with absolutely no pressure to buy things that you didn't need or want.

Service reception desk team is great. The Service Advisor I was assigned to could benefit from more customer service training. I was told my vehicle work was completed, but the very issue I came in for occurred again as soon as I started the vehicle in the service pickup lot. On top of that, I was billed for an additional 'recommended' service that I neither approved nor asked for. The charges for that were promptly reversed by the service manager. I've never been to a service centre that didn't call with an update after diagnosis or at least prior to starting any repairs. Diagnostic/labour charges seemed quite steep for an issue that was not fixed the first time and would have been caught with a post-repair test drive. Would not recommend to anyone and hopefully I will not have to go back there.

I bought this 2500 Power Wagon last week. Fantastic experience, dealt with Mo and Sal through the entire process. They made it extremely easy to buy this vehicle, gave me a fantastic price on my trade-in, and have taken care of any issue we had with the vehicle including re-tinting the windows as it had a defect from the previous owner (bought the truck 6 months old). I have bought 8 new Ram/Jeep products from various dealerships, this has been my best buying experience BY FAR. Will absolutely be back here for my next vehicle. Give them a call and ask for Mo or Sal, you'll be treated right.
