The website has information on what to do but when filling out the form it can't be done (won't go to the next page.) I tried calling the 2 closest Post Offices to see my parcel was delivered there but neither office picked up the phone. Not even a message. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
J	Jessica Guglietti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there today and had the worst service. I understand give COVID 19 there are new protocols which I am totally okay with. I was mailed 15 envelopes to the USA for my business and was asked to do the declaration forms outside. I totally understand given the circumstances. Since I mail 50-100 orders month I know what they do with the customs forms. So I helped by attaching them all to the proper envelope. When I returned back inside she told me I need to fill in the full address instead of writing CANADA and USA for to and from. Like I mentioned. I mail 50-100 packages if not more a month. The Canada post employee refused to complete my transaction and wanted me to write the full address. Even though the full address was already printed on the envelope. I left and went to the post office at Pickering town and they were amazing. When asking them about the proper procedure with the declaration forms, she said we suggest it but IT IS NOT MANDATORY. Which I know because like I said I mail 50-100 packages a month. I have had 2 bad experiences at this location and 1 good one. I will also be contacting Canada post directly as this is not fair to customers who give them thousands of dollars a year.
K	Killa Kam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time mailing something to a family member in the US. Line moved fairly quickly, and they implemented the covid protocols well for such a small space. The gentleman assisting me was helpful and patient as he gave directions. Very good service overall.
V	Vincent Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer satisfaction is not a priority to Canada post. Lady had attitude with me the second I walked through the door and I was respectful and polite. The nice people at the shoppers location agreed they are nasty because they can be(unionized)

S	Sparkling Ice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I can't speak to any of the 1 star reviews I dropped by this location to do a quick amazing return. No issues at all and the employee was kind, though there was no paperwork needed, just a simple drop off that already had the Amazon return label on it. What I can say though is that getting into the Post office parking lot during rush hour can be an absolute pain if you're coming from the west. Coming from the east is no issue but from the west you gotta try and cross 4 lanes of traffic that always gets backed up from the lights at the intersection.
