Do not go there if you have other options. The lady was not helpful and rude when I had questions about options for sending my parcel. I think her name is Gloria. I ended up sending two of my parcels at Canada Post in Shopper Drug Mart at Kingsway Mall. The staffs there were very helpful and suggested the best option for me. Very good customer service at Kingsway. Highly recommend to go there!!

The ladies who work here know me by name and are always very friendly and helpful. I also know they can give a little attitude, but when your holding up a line of 10 people or more because you didnt bother to write down an address, or didnt think to bring a government issued i.d, well then you deserve it

Awesome staff, never had a problem with them because I follow the rules. I have seen people who try to circumvent the rules and they cause tension but I have not seen any agent be rude to anyone. The best part of this location is all the bad reviewers don't come in anymore and make trouble so service is usually quick because of short line ups.

They are serious about COVID restrictions, which is really good because they handle a lot of packages that go to a lot of people. I appreciate it. I have people get belligerent because they do not want to respect AHS recommendations and call the staff rude. I have been annoyed at some times, but I had a bad day and realize that they see so many more people other than me. And they also deal with the current stress, along with the impending holdiay season. Early closing times and extra precautions protect people, as well as those working to get things delivered. They're handling the situation well, as far as I have seen.

Been here about six times in the span of three months or so. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there is some truth in all the comments regarding rude workers. I once arrived 5 minutes after hours and asked if I could still pick up my parcel real quick. The lady yelled "No, we're closed" in a very rude tone and without even turning her back to make eye contact... I haven't seen that lady since, and have had great experiences with all other staff.

I have been going to this location for a few months. Before updating my address on my ID, I was waiting to renew my drivers license so I could do it at the same time. The employees working at night were very nice - my id did not have the address as the parcel I picked up but clearly that was my items. I did not have a way bill, it was coming there from Amazon so I would not have my parcels stolen at my home. Today, December 5, 2021, I had my paper slip from the registry with my name on it. The woman working there asked for a photo ID. I showed her my Metis ID and she stated I needed an id with my picture and address. I was upset - I said clearly this is me. I have been picking up parcels there without the correct address for months. Now it was an issue with a valid AB government Metis ID? She was trying to get me to leave. I was not leaving there without my item. I want into my email and showed my insurance that has my address. It was not an issue to show her what she needed; she was so rude. When I showed her my Metis card she changed. She even told me she did not care when I said I was going to file a complaint to the MNA about this store and the way she behaved. She called her supervisor over and changed her tone. She changed the way she was talking to me. My son watched the entire situation and stated - their sign means nothing, they are not kind. Terrible experience!!!! I am not done with telling people about my treatment here. I will share this experience with the Metis community. Again, it is not an issue to show what I need to pick my items up. She was so rude. I won’t ever forget how she treated me in front of my son.

Incredibly slow service every time they always seem to only have one worker on duty, and the lines almost always get up 5-10 people with wait times up to 45 minutes. The workers (the two they have) seem to be under trained and take 5-10+ minutes for anything other then a simple drop off or pick up.

Excellent staff, always incredibly helpful and nice. Keep in mind this is a very busy location and I find there is almost never enough staff, but this is not the fault of the staff at the desk. The staff are trying to Move people through as quickly as possible, maybe sometimes they seem sharp but I have found them To be very accommodating and they have great customer service. This location should have more staff and a larger space to accommodate for the number of people always waiting in line.
